Ritz Carlton project Worked with the interior Design Team and liaised with clients regarding Finishing materials. In 2009 the construction of the Ritz-Carlton International Financial Centre (RCIFC) began in the heart of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The new 15-storey hotel, designed by Gensler, will become the second Ritz-Carlton hotel in the city and is set to become a premier destination for business executives.. The hotel will provide 340 guestrooms and suites, 124 serviced apartments, and 70,000ft² of retail space. Union Properties is the developer of the project.
Yas Island formula 1 Project Hotel Marina: - Project managed Interior and high quality office fit out Tower A. This is a $40 billion project on Yas Island off the coast of Abu Dhabi Combining of two towers A & B, with the circuit of the Formula 1 track running apparent and direct between the Hotel, with Link Bridge joining the entire outfit.
Dubai International Festival City:- project manager for several Interior fit out's and a number of shop fits in Festival City - this project will total 2.9 million sq ft upon completion. Fronting a picturesque waterfront setting, the retail resort showcases over 600 shops including 25 international flagship stores, over 100 restaurants, cafés and bistros, a 12 screen Grand Festival Cinemas complex and parking for 13,000 cars.
Jumeirah Beach Hotel Project Managed Interior room fit outs and several office fit outs. this is a 5-star hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The hotel, which opened in 1997, is operated by the Dubai-based hotelier Jumeirah. The hotel contains 598 rooms and suites and 19 villas. This wave-shaped hotel complements the sail-shaped Burj Al Arab, which is adjacent to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The hotel occupies a location on the beach front.
Burj Tower: - world's tallest building, Worked with design team and client for sample sign offs and final finishes. The excavation, piling and raft foundation have already been completed. The tower will combine residential and commercial space; a boutique hotel, recreational facilities, apartments and an observatory will fill its estimated 500,000 square meters of space.
