All buildings are of ground and two typical floors. The substructure is constructed with cast in situ and the super structure is constructed with Precast Panels and Hollow Core Slabs.

17 Dormitory Type Buildings G+2: The project spans over 16 months duration. Each building consists of 3 floors containing 74 units adding up to a total of 1258 residential units. Each building consists of 600 Nos load bearing & sandwiched walls panels, 88 Nos Beams, 1375 Nos Hollow Core Slabs-6m length and other structural and decorative precast elements like stair flights, solid slabs, handrails and parapet walls. Total quantity of precast elements in each building is 2163. The covered area of each building is 9660 Sq.m and one complete building can accommodate 1200 persons.

3 Recreation/commercial Buildings G+2: The project spans over 3 months duration, each building consist of 25 Nos precast columns-14m high, 26 Nos Beams-8m span, 218 Nos wall panels, 902 Hollow Core Slabs-8m length and other structural and decorative precast elements like stair flights, solid slabs, handrails and parapet walls. The covered area of each building is 7656 Sq.m

32 Buildings for Studio Flats G+2: The project spans over 30 months duration. Each building consists of 3 floors containing 80 units adding up to a total of 2400 residential units. Each building consists of 715 Nos load bearing & sandwiched walls panels, 110 Nos Beams, 1612 Nos Hollow Core Slabs-5m length and other structural and decorative precast elements like stair flights, solid slabs, handrails and parapet walls. Total quantity of precast elements in each building is 2602. The covered area of each building is 1052 Sq.m and one complete building can accommodate 9600 persons.

Storm & Waste Water Disposal Project Gujrat Pakistan Project Engineer for Storm & Waste Water Disposal Project Gujrat funded by Japanese Government (JICA) with six members Engineers team from Pacific Consulting International Tokyo Japan.
Detailed Topographical, Geographical and Water Quality survey was conducted for the Gujrat city (49 Sq.Km.). Using Road Calc. Software this data is used to plot the city topographic condition for the design of sewer lines, channels and treatment plants. Geographic data is used to design the treatment plants and under ground condition for the deep sewers lines. Water quality survey is used to design the type of treatment plants.

Detailed survey of Bong out fall area, Mangla, where survey was conducted of New Bong Hydropower Plant, Mangla (79 MW) in both cases of flowing water and without water and then this data is used to plot it using Road Calc Software for the design of Hydropower Plant.
The project is located between Two Bong Escape Regulators on right bank of Bong Canal about 8 km from Mangla Dam from where Upper Jhelum Canal Off-takes. Two Bong Escape Regulators pass surplus water in to river Jhelum. The project lies in the area of AJ&K. It is accessible via Mangla. Dina road and also a road along Upper Jhelum Canal from Serai Alamgir at GT Road.
The project allotted to M/s LARAIB Energy Ltd., by Azad Jammu & Kashmir Hydel Board for its development in private sector. The study also reviewed by Harza Engineering Company.
Salient features of the project as per feasibility report are;
- Gross Head 5.94 m - Installed Capacity 45 MW - No. of Units 4 - Energy Generated 300 GWh
