Project scopes include Earthwork, Diversion of Existing Utilities, Piling, Foundation, Ground Engineering Works, Unit Operation Process, Infrastructure, Building, Electrical and Mechanical Works. Responsibities also include conducting periodic quality audits and QC/QC assessments to determine compliance of construction works, quality and workmanship. Also responsible for handling project deliverables with regards to items specified in the Client's Quality Specifications. Initiated project post mortem for future project improvement. Represented the organization in obtaining and maintaining ISO 9001:2000 certification.
