Position, Duties And Responsibilities:
Civil Engineer In-charge for Station #05, Station #06, & Station #04 which includes the demonstration area from Ch.18+980~Ch.19+900. A 16.8 Km. EDSA MRT – III which extends from North Avenue, Q.C. to Taft Avenue, Pasay City worth P17 Billion pesos.
1) In-charge for the implementation/execution of all civil and structural works of building, At-grade, Elevated Guide ways, and Depot.
2) Provide technical expertise to EEI, our subcontractor such as the analysis of structural drawings, elevations/level calculations and sketches.
3) Supervise/Inspect activities prior to start in progress and completion such as Surveying works, concrete works, formworks, rebar works, ensuring that specifications, and engineering practice are being followed.
1) At-Grade a) Surveying works for the locations of retaining walls. Inspect/check locations of drain lines and their elevations.
b) Prior to pouring, checking rebars, formworks, embedded items and pour guides.
c) Quality checking locations of anchor bolts for the OCS pedestals, anchor bolts for the track fence.
d) Implements guidelines for the speedy works of abutment their foundations, using walls anchor bolts as well as techniques in installation.
e) Give instructions/ideas for executing concrete lighting posts pedestals their electrical embedment and their anchor bolts for the plate.
2) Elevated / Building a) Checking locations by surveying of all bored piles, pile caps, includes rebars cages & formworks, concrete its quality & strength.
b) Survey/check all coping beams, its reinforcement sites and dimensions, formworks, elevation and anchor bars which conform the drawings.
c) Checking locations of risers (pad base) before and after concreting well as their bearing pads prior to installation of I – girder.
d) Calculate design camber for deck slab, likewise the setting of deck forms rebar installation, block – out for drain as well the block out for the fence/guard rail.
e) Checking the diaphragm rebars, welding connections the inserts/caps for the anchor bars.
f) Checking dowels for cable through and rails.
g) Inspect/check building locating its excavations for footing, grade beams and columns.
h) Rebar checking, alignment cleanliness and its correct elevations.
3) Depot: (Substation, Office & Maintenance Building)
a) Supervise the construction of substation buildings, which includes transformer pads, genset pads, metering outfit and cable room.
b) In-charge in preparation, supervision, lay-out, quantity materials, schedule manpower and equipment of different report structures such as car hoist &body stand pits, bogie turntables, bogie repair hoist, offices, waste oily tank, sump tanks, inspection areas for light and heavy maintenance.

a) Site Engineer on an Anchorage of Tsing Ma Bridge, suspension bridge one of the longest in the world carrying both road and rail tracks on two decks worth 550 millions pounds.
b) Primary responsible for planning, supervising the constructions of airport railways tunnel, Splay Chamber, saddle Chamber Roof, Infill stressing Cells, Acces Shafts, and route 3 works stub of MR3, MR1 AND MR2.
c) Slabs@ stressing walls of Mawan & Tsing Yi Sites. Coordinating and liaisoning with subcontractor's activities such as installation of Cable Tendons, Anchor Blocks, Stressing Tendons, Grouting Capping and Greasing.
d) Prepare three weeks rolling programs, progress report, concrete check sheets and safety report in coordination with the safety officer. Office work, such as bar bending schedules; concrete, rebars and work take–off.
