I have more than 15 years experience in safety and environmental policy implementation for construction sites, drilling, workovers and explorations, refineries, pipelines, shipyard and offshore/onshore oilfields installations.
I have skills in making signboards, innovative designs, caricatures and safety illustrations.
Recently, I was retrained for HUET and offshore emergency response, first aid and CPR, H2S safety trainer's course, BP Permit to work system, TapRoot and Root Cause Tree. I have an outstanding ability as trainer for the application of JSA and JHA. With work experiences in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Iran, Qatar and Georgia.
I worked with clients Bechtel, Technip, Chiyoda, Brown and Root, Flour Daniels, ABB Lummus, Mobil, Union Carbide, Adgas, Adnoc, Aramco, Totalfinaelf and British Petroleum.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Maintain and control daily HSE practices with regular inspection at work sites, ensure that hazards are identified, precautionary measures are taken and advice trades supervisors on HSE matters.
* Monitor and control implementation of all procedures related to the maintenance and effectiveness of safety, lifesaving and emergency equipment and inspect work activities and equipment to ensure correct operation and that procedures are implemented. Ensure that records are properly kept and updated all equipment under my control.
* Promote safe working systems and procedures. Monitor the proper application of "permit to work " system, conduct gas and atmospheric tests, close monitoring as and where necessary; hot tapping, heavy lifting, dangerous goods handling, confined space entry and ensuring that all safety regulations and practices are adhered to.
* Coordinate, identify and evaluate HSE hazards / risks and recommend measures to reduce them.
* Coordinate for the provision of HSE awareness courses. Prepare programs, arrange participation in conjunction with line management and give lectures using specialized audiovisual equipments, hand-outs programs.
* Participate the investigations of environmental incidents and eliminate pollution sources to a practicable minimum.
* Review and participate in the implementation of the company waste management program and recommend options.
* Participate in the development of environmental protection and occupational health standards and procedures.
