- Handles Water System Projects from the planning stage, design, implementation and on-site supervision.

Work with Project Manager to establish procedures with the design professionals, consultants and owner for information flow, approvals, meetings, reporting, payment request, etc.

- Prepare detailed accomplishment reports and all documentation requirements for the construction monitoring of the project.

- Assure that all materials and equipment are released for fabrication or manufacture in time to meet the schedule.
