* Responsible for coordinating different aspects in the construction of a retail commercial project
* Activities: Assist management staff in the purchasing/buy-out Process, assist in the project permitting process, ensure subs' insurance certificates are obtained in advance Review and coordinate of all submittals (shop drawings, product data…), maintain the testing and inspections files, coordinate diffent aspects of construction between consultants/owner/subcontractors, create and process of all RFIs, elaborate schedule updates, maintain the as-built drawings, act as a document control, prepare potential change orders, assist in the elaboration of the pay application, prepare minute meetings.
