Field / Construction Engineer

Served as the Site QC Manager/Field Engineer for the following activities, at a Naval Weapons Industrial Reserve Plant, in McGregor, TX (2002): Installation, operation, management, and demobilization of an ion specific exchange system to treat and discharge an estimated 10 million gallons of perchlorate contaminated ground water; Installation, operation, and management of a biological fluidized bed reactor to treat and discharge an estimated 21 million gallons of perchlorate contaminated ground water; Installation of approximately 4000 LF of HDPE and PVC process piping; Mechanical system upgrades for an existing pump station; Various electrical system upgrades.

Served as the Site QC Manager/Field Engineer for the following activities, at a Naval Industrial Reserve Plant, in McGregor, TX (2001): Construction of three Bio-Remediation Soil Cells with a combined capacity of 3.3 million gallons; Construction, management, and demobilization of six 1 million gallon Modular Tanks; Modification of an onsite groundwater storage unit to increase its storage capacity from 6 million gallons to 9.85 million gallons; Operation and management of an Ion Specific Exchange system to treat and discharge an estimated 8 million gallons of perchlorate contaminated
groundwater; Various site piping and electrical system upgrades; Remediation of perchlorate contaminated soils at various sites.

Served as the Site QC Manager for the following activities, at a Naval Air Station, in Milton, FL (2000): Removal of four USTs and the resulting site restoration activities; site restoration activities for a site where four USTs had previously been removed; Transportation and disposal of the wastes generated from the removal of 12 UST¡¦s of various size; Drilling activities associated with the installation of a Solar Powered Soil Vapor Extraction System.

Served as the Site QC Manager for land farming of TRPH contaminated soils, at a Naval Air Station, in Pensacola, FL (2000).
