- Modified and redesigned drill rotary head for replacement (import substitution) saving of approx Rs. 18 lacs per rotary head.
- Installation of filtration system in hydraulic closed loop circuit for increasing the pump and vane motor life to double, saving Rs. 14 lacs p.a.
- Instrumental in reducing the maintenance expenses by import substitution, alternative vendor development and reprioritising the items along with reclamation of used parts by 22% i.e Rs.220 lacs
- Commissioning of mine second stage deepening system in 47 days against the budgeted target of 56 days thus saving 9 days of production.
- Instrumental in improvement of dumper availability from 47% to 64%.
- Worked on Green Belt Six Sigma Project.
- Handpicked for visiting the Armenia open cast mine for problem solving and reduction in failures of dumpers and excavators.
