Responsible for implementation of the OM&T program of a design, build, and operation of a 100,000M3/D wastewater treatment plant, co-composting facility, and raw water pumping station. Duties included development of an O&M training program, start-up, direct advise and assist of operations and maintenance, preparation of manuals, and an environmental water testing program. (April 1996 to January 1997)

Water Supply Program Specialist
Responsible for the implementation of a water and sanitation program funded by UNHCR and USAID, involving rehabilitation and construction of existing water systems to assist refugees and effected persons due to civil war. Work entailed installation of deep and shallow-well handpumps, submersible pump operations and maintenance, latrine construction and rehabilitation, technical training, logistics, and field assessments. Worked also performed with UNICEF, Red Cross, and other NGO's. Supervised a staff of thirty persons. (August 1994 to August 1995)
