* Prepares detailed cost estimates particularly architectural, civil, electrical, sanitary and mechanical works for tender bid.

* Review plans scope of work including specifications and resolves discrepancies with the designer.

* Prepares unit cost analysis.
* Prepares material take-off list, current prices and source of procurement.
* Prepares cost estimate revisions and cost analysis before, during and up to the project's completion.

* Compare estimated and actual cost and figure out any overruns.
* Prepares reconciliation of quantities for additional works due to changes in design and scope of work and on site revisions.
* Responsible in the preparation of various work orders subject for the evaluation of the project management team.
* Check actual consumption against the estimated budget and verify if the reported works accomplished are correct.

* Check and evaluate periodic payment of sub-contractors based from the actual accomplishments on site.

* Prepares accomplishment report for billing purposes.
* Prepares manpower, equipment and project schedules.
* Prepares cutting list of materials particularly for expensive items with high waste percentage factor.

* Prepares S-curve and cash flow requirements.
* In charge in the preparation of material request for procurement and subsequent control of materials inflow/ consumption of the project.
