CONCRETING: Slab, Beam, Column & Footing concreting using Ready mix and in situ mix
Checking cycle data sheet for grade, quantity, w/c ratio, cement content, slump, time of manufacturing (¡Ü3 hours),dosage of additives added.
Taking samples for testing strength of delivered concrete.
Checking Slump to maintain the workability.
In situ mix_ grade, water, mixing time, transporting time, no of revolution of machine per /min, placing, compaction &curing.
Checking position of column while concreting using Total station to avoid excess eccentricity.
Calculate exact quantity to minimize the wastages of concrete & alternate arrangements in case of excess concrete.
Ensure the admixtures, point of application & It¡¯s quantity for water proofing, bonding etc.

PLASTERING, MASONRY, FLOORING AND DADOING:
Checking fine sand for size (0.06-2 mm), silt content (<5%), hacking on RCC surface 80 intents/sft
Checking for Corner beadings, button marks, GI rhombus mesh at the junction of RCC-RCC, RCC-Masonry, electrical conduits, plumping lines, schedule of openings (use templates), plastering specs.
Checking with halogen lamps for waviness & plumb bob, aluminum st edge, cut tile piece.
Method of termite treatment at plinth level ( chloropyrophes 20%)
Keep checking the out turn of workers

FORMWORK, BAR BENDING AND SCAFFOLDING:
Checking key factor in shuttering for horizontal, vertical alignment level using Laser leveling, surface cleanliness, water tight, ability to withstand loads, releasing agents.
Keep pre campers of 2mm/rm for span exceeds 5m in slabs &beams & for cantilevers 4mm/rm.
Checking for dowels, laps, spacing of main and distribution rod, spacer blocks
Stripping time to different units for varying spans.

ELECTRICAL AND LIFT:
Ensure the Lift elevator¡¯s specs with NBC specifications.
Checking Electrical distribution scheme with electrical layout drawings.
Capacity and size of Transformers.
Earthing system for electrical installations.
Minimum distances from Building unit- electrical service lines.
Demolition of buildings and safety.

BILL MAKING FOR CONTRACTORS:
Analyzing rate & fixing the workable rate.
Coordinating with Architects.

SAFETY COMES FIRST
Secured safe working environment with safety belt, eye Goggles, helmets, face mask, hand gloves (working with chemicals), proper barricading at all levels, secured ladders, periodic checking of scaffoldings & working platform planks, Safety signs, fire fighting equipment, avoid unnecessary movement of workers.
Educate the workers on safe work on a regular basis &keep first aid kit
Adequate lightings at site, Insulated conduits for transmission,
Apart from above good house keeping & proper material stacking is must.
