* Development of project base schedules and Monitor/update the schedules on daily/weekly basis by using Primavera Project Planner.
* Preparation of Master/Target programmes, Resource/Progress Histograms, S-Curves, Bar charts, etc.
* Identify the critical areas like procurement status, Delivery dates, Shop drawings approval, and Material approvals. And inform the management for eliminate the delays in the project.
* Generation of the micro-schedules for the site execution team from the main/target programs and preparation of Recovery schedules to catch-up the lags in the project.
* Coordination between different departments like Design, Purchasing, Estimation, Subcontracts and Site,
* Developing work plans, managing deadlines and coordination of team and sub-teams estimating project skill requirement.
* Preparation of tender documents and base / milestone schedules.
* Participate in the daily operations, weekly/monthly schedule construction and short operational reporting.
* Preparation of look-ahead schedules, monthly reports, Analysis report comparing with target with base schedules, etc.
* Budget awareness and the ability to actively contribute management process, work within a multi-cultural environment and Identification of critical activities and advising corrective action to avoid slippage.
* Cash flow chart and expenditure spreads/charts.

2. Commercial Activities:
* Preparation of Monthly Invoice / billing.
* Generation of variations for the execution projects.
* Involved in Tendering like quantity take-offs, calculation of manpower projections, preparation of Budget flow histograms, base programs, etc.
* Involved in Quantity survey and submission of invoices to clients for certification and clarifications to the client queries.

3. Quality Control Activities:
* Preparation and implementation of procedures, Work Instructions and Quality control plans.
* Inspection of materials and Storage at site. Auditing, verification and follow up of corrective actions.
* Maintaining records of calibration, inspection and testing equipment. Verification of Purchased Products & Control of Non-Conforming Products.
* Witnessing of inspection, testing and interpretation of results.
* Document Control, Preparation of Check lists. Preparation of Operation and Maintenance manuals.

4. Site Engineer/Supervisor
* Installation, Testing and commissioning of the all site related Electrical & Instrumentation construction activities like Switchyards(Indoor& Outdoor), Transformers, Switchgears, GIS, DC Systems, Telecommunication System and FDA System (Fire Protection), etc.
* Co-ordination with Instrumentation for Scheme checks through DCS & SCADA.
* High-raise building services upto 50 floors, Preparation of preventive / Emergency maintenance schedules, Electro-mechanical project (MEP) co-ordination.
* Lead the team of 75-90 Technicians.
