1976 - I graduated from ITIS Galvani in Milan with result 42/60 qualified chief technician, then I enrolled at engineering faculty till third year and I passed nine exams. I attended a lot of courses about robotics and automation.

1977/78 - Soldier by 1850 Gr. Art. Parachutes in Livorno qualified as Sergent Artificier.

1978 - First employment by Redaelli S.p.A. in Concorrezzo a business firm producer of winders and bollers for electric (copper wire) and loom industry. I was employed as draftsman and just after 8 months I was rewarded with qualify of planner for having realized a high production (24 clews of 60 gr. with label and wrap all completely automatic in changing wire and unloading too.
I decided to leave university to devote myself to a study plane more coherent with problems about industrial reality at whom I have always devote not less than two or three hours per day till now. In this study plane, for argument titles are included the following disciplines: electronic and computer hardware, PLC, Software (Autocad, P-CADAM, ORCAD, and other less important ones), operating Systems, Ultrasounds, structure and alternative materials, CQ Systems, CEI Norms for IMQ, UL Norms, alimentary Package and Wrapping, European Union directives.

1979 - I started working for Polifibra S.p.A. a company producer of electric insulation and film in pairs and spiral tubes; as projector I realized many machines destined to internal production, cutting machine stamps and different equipment and I personally followed the assembling and the startup of the machines.
The top of my projects in that company was a high production machine (500.000 pieces per day) for little tubes in shrinkable polyester joined by ultrasounds, cut and calibrated without burrs.

1981 - With the beginning of the year I started working on my own projecting stamps for cutting machines and thermoplastic; I projected and realized on orders automatic machines with movements which went by pneumatics to employment of stamp by step motors, PLC or production unity completely mechanic. Projects and machines I realized were often aimed at a certain article so they had to satisfy the investment that that particular products was able to amortize in its life market, I developed a lot of mechanic arrangements and mechanisms. Some of the most meaning projects are: an empty fruits completely pneumatic for a supplier of "Gelateria del Corso"; an automatic inserted of nails in the fix-cables on wall for Tecnoplast completely mechanic; a Cartesian desk for soldering-iron based by ultrasounds, a line of cameras wire-guided for surface and submarine applications.

1985 - With a relation of consulence with Gaymarine I came into military industry as production manager and minesweeping system PLUTO, which was adopted and is now used by Italian Navy
About this project existed only specific functions dictated by a publish notice of contract by Military Italian Marine, a moke-up in expanded polystyrene well realized by a young Designer and finally the date of the trial at La Spezia's Navy base 17 months later. I built the prototype mechanic and electronic and the software taking care personally of assemblage and then the tests, everything into the established time till the approval test, positively ended.In these tasks I organized a production in order with the norms AQAP4 with only 35 people of whom 28 were directly dependent on me. So I arranged the company got the certification as supplier of Military Italian Marine in order with norms already written.
I want to underline that besides everything had to function against one's will, I had to realize all the sketchy system.Since the little dimension of the business firm, with a wanted contents staff, I personally arranged and did training courses for use and maintenance of the system in Italy and abroad (France, USA, South Korea; Finland and Germany).In the same time with the assent of the property I did the same consultant by Military Italian Marine about mine-research and reconnaissance through robots.
1989- At the end of 88 the military sector was more and more directed towards a clever guns production and not sharing the aim I preferred to leave and coming back to the civil industry and so I collaborated with company like La Cimbali, producer of coffee machines for the realization of a hot drink distributor ("M50-Dolcevita now used in Autogrills) and following omolagation UL of two coffee machines moulds; with IEMME Italia for realizing a soldering iron tin of medium size, and other less important ones; I done also one important patent named Orbital Waves).

1991 - For a lot of reasons that year I decided to come back to the industry as employed ending in this way a ten years activity on my own. So I found a job as Project Leader in the European search center Grace Italiana S.p.A. (included in the American namesake holding) for which I already was developing projects as external; my work consisted of supporting through technological knows about horizontal and vertical makers-up and the one about the lines of flexible-package downstream of the production supply line in order with norms and market needs. I have been Project manager of some projects and three tasks-force of technicians and engineers of different European locations.
I started and developed local projects in many European activities visiting our associated companies hearing their local needs to translate them in machines and special applications of already existent machines. I started the medical project about joined realization ( Grace, Bosch, Fresenius) of a machine Center Fold Form Fill Seal Bags for the production of sacks containing physiological medical solution for intravenous. Finally I developed studies about soldering heads translating Box Motion, pendulum and D-cam for BDF (for the projects I collaborated with companies like Ilapack, Timonnier, Asept).

1993 - Since October '92 I worked by a company of the sector machine for wood Technical Manager. This choice was unfortunately unhappy because of the internal problems of the company.
I was contacted by Ilapack with which I had already worked in the past, I was proposed a term contract to adjust the production to Europeans Norms about security which would have come into force on 01-01-95, and I accepted. This company strong of three own factories, one of them in Lugano and the other two in Nova Milanese; praised 25 machine stamps. For every model I made job-fitting in order to European Norms intervening in technical offices and local productions to introduce the necessary modifies in function of security. I written ten technical booklets and I made realize 15 other ones in external coordinating the external studies and more I coordinated the realization of instruction manuals and changing parts.
I personally projected a shrink-tunnel of 800mm, I designed again two vertical makers-up simplifying the mechanics and I integrated them projecting some accessories device (Stripper, Poker, plunger with the iris, double-fold, etc..) for package of particular products (snack, salad, dusts, flours) I kept contacts with American location based in Philadelphia, following some local market needs.
Logistically my operative base was Lugano (Grancia).

1995 - Since March '95 I was employed by the engineering society of a big industrial Italian group, my function was Technique Manager and new projects Coordinator. My position supervised technical direction of three companies, for my operating I direct answered to the general direction of the group.
More exactly I managed the new projects keeping and coordinating the contacts with external studies like Pininfarina, Extra, Protools, Spaziosystem, Zanussi and other ones). I operated technical choices even in logistic and security areas, looking for keeping a common standard between them, I developed new technological and solutions, that once tested they could start with the production. These three companies deal in correlates to core business of the group, package and wrapping, distributing machines, film production for package and coupled. In particular for package I have studied and made some new mechanic and electronic solutions for improving the production of package lines. I was responsible for omologations IMQ, UL, CSA for distributing machines and I personal kept contacts with the same body with frequent travels, I personally projected and developed production and machine lines, using PC-supports like MS Office, Autocad R14-A.Mechanichal Desktop, Pro/Engineer and when there were superposition of projects I employed external studies. For the prototypes, when it was necessary I made built the particulars in stereolithography (by factory like Re Fraschini, Promau, Avel, Provel...)I left this company at the end of may '98.

1998 - From March ' 98 I have worked for the GPA Spa, operating in regimen IS0-9001, manufacturer of blots some special for assemblage small household-electric and mechanical groups, pressed pneumatic, pneumatic rotary tables, before like external collaborator and from January 99 like Responsible leader Technical, Responsible Office of Production and Store clerk for Blot of it Special and Production lines; I maintained contacts with the Customers and I managed, suppliers beyond leading and developing the Technical Office. I have planned and introduced one net CAD-3D integrated with all the services of the U.T. and to the CAM; I have developed new products and I arrange considerable productive increasing the turnover; in July 2000 I have obtained I renew triennal of certification ISO 9001 from part of the TUV. 2001 - They have been located c/o a society of the group like technical responsible and director of the system quality, with the task of reimpostare technically and technologically the company; I have obtained also I renew here triennial of certification ISO 9002 with the ICIM and set up all the activities so as to to achieve within six months the certification ISO-9001:2000, completed mission.

2001 - From the half of the 2001 they are Responsible Technical Office, of Plan and of Production in a company that it produces pressed thermoforming machinery, with the task to renew the park it blots some in the models and the productive ability.

Professional profile – I have a consolidating and diversifying experience, technical resolutive ability and managerial, creativity when demanded, I approfonditamente know the European directives in emergency matter and hygiene (HACCP) is for blots some to them is for the workplace (L.626); they have been adviser of the CCIAA of Varese.
