Duties and Responsibilities:
* Coordination and assistance to the consultant as well as the client operations department in all Planning,Scheduling related matters.
* Verified and ensured that the applicable project specification, approved drawings, standard codes and assembly process were correctly executed during construction.
* Prepared Daily/weekly/Monthly report for manpower & Equipment mobilization, Manhours Report and Project Dairy Submitted to Consultant based on the project requirement.
* Responsible for deriving and correlating all the relevant data in order to prepare the construction schedule end Budget correlating and periodic updating of schedules and budget.
* Correlating and periodic updating of schedule and budgets to reflect actual progress and costs.
* Implementation of the various schedule and cost engineering techniques, in order to accurately establish the progress end costs at any given time.
* Forecasting trends for management review and action, in order to ensure a project is completed on time and with in budget responsible for the correct receipt control and issue of materials and associated documents.
* Responsible for co-ordination with Sub-contractor managerial staff, in order to ensure accurate, consistent and punctual reporting of the data required.
* Monitoring progress report and update the actual accomplishment against planned. Log all the problems encountered and assist in initiating solution.

* Preparing and reviewing cost trends when a deviation from the budget is apparent.
* Preparing and analyzing the construction Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and the unit cost reports.
* Checking the evaluations accompanying Sub-contractor claims for adjustments.
* Establishing and maintaining procedures and computer integrated control systems for material control.

* Check test medium before pressurise the system.
