Project Name: Patriot Missile Center, Riyadh
Client: Ministry Of Defense & Aviation
Responsibility: The Project consists of numerous buildings. I was responsible for all the mechanical works including HVAC system consisting of package units with VAV system, split units, exhaust fans, Plumbing system consisting of water supply system, sewage/drainage system and Fire fighting system.
Preparation of shop drawings, material submittals, re-design of fire fighting system, potable water system, equipment selection, preparation of work schedule, manpower schedules, coordination with other services and follow-up of site work. Work still in progress.
Project Name: Gulf Peninsular Shield Project (Dir'Al Jazeera), Hafr Al Batain
Client: Ministry Of Defense & Aviation
Responsibility: Re-design of HVAC system for the project which included preparation of heat load calculation for all the buildings, using Elite software program, ventilation design for firing range, equipment selection, and preparation of shop drawings, material submittal, work schedule, manpower schedule, coordination with civil and other services and follow-up of the progress in site execution. Work still in progress.
The system consists of 63 package air conditioning units with a total capacity of 386 tons complete with controls for ventilation system and fresh air air-handling units with exhaust fans for ventilation.
Project Name: 380kV/132kV Sub-station, Riyadh
Client: Saudi Electric Company
Responsibility: Designing of HVAC system for the substation, which included preparation of heat load calculation for the 380kV GIS building, 132kV GIS building and control building using Elite software program, cable tunnel ventilation design, equipment selection, preparation of shop drawings, material submittal, work schedule, manpower schedule, coordination with civil and other services and follow-up of the progress in site execution testing and commissioning of the system.
The system consists of 16 package air conditioning units with a total capacity of 320 tons complete with digital controls and fresh air air-handling units with exhaust fans for ventilation.
Project Name: VIP Reception Hall & Guest Houses, Arrtawiya
Client: Ministry of Defense and Aviation
Responsibility: Designing of HVAC system, which included preparation of heat load calculation for the building using Elite software program, equipment selection, preparation of shop drawings, material submittal, work schedule, manpower schedule, coordination with civil and other services and follow-up of the progress in site execution. (Work in progress)
The system consists of 25 package units and 68 split units with a total capacity of 656 Tons.
Project Name: Power Plant Extension, Arar
Client: Saudi Electric Company
Responsibility: Designing of Ventilation system for the Turbine Hall. The system consisted of Fresh air supply air handling units and exhaust fans with conventional controls. Equipment selection, preparation of shop drawings, material submittal, work schedule, coordination with civil and other services and follow-up of the progress in site execution, testing and commissioning of the system was also under my responsibility.
Project Name: VIP Reception Hall, Qassim
Client: Ministry of Defense and Aviation
Responsibility: Designing of HVAC system which included preparation of heat load calculation for the building using Carrier software program, equipment selection, preparation of shop drawings, material submittal, work schedule, manpower schedule, coordination with civil and other services and follow-up of the progress in site execution, testing and commissioning of the system.
The system consists of 17 package units with a total capacity of 400 Tons.
Project Name: 132kV Sub-station, Qassim
Client: Saudi Electric Company
Responsibility: Designing of HVAC system for three substations, which included preparation of heat load calculation for the control building using Elite software program, ventilation system design for the 132kV GIS room, equipment selection, preparation of shop drawings, material submittal, work schedule, manpower schedule, coordination with civil and other services and follow-up of the progress in site execution. The system consists of 6 package air conditioning units with a total capacity of 150 tons complete with digital controls and fresh air air-handling units with exhaust fans for ventilation.
Project Name: 33kV/13.8kV substation, Riyadh
Client: Saudi Electric Company
Responsibility: Designing of HVAC system which included preparation of heat load calculation for the Four substations using Carrier software program, equipment selection, preparation of shop drawings, material submittal, work schedule, manpower schedule, coordination with civil and other services and follow-up of the progress in site execution.
Project Name: Logistics Wing Head Quarters, Dhahran
Client: Royal Saudi Air Force/US Air Force
Responsibility: Preparation of shop drawings, material submittal, work schedule, manpower schedule, and follow-up of the progress in site execution.

Project Name: Technical Institute, Mecca
Client: Technical Education Vocational Training Organization
Responsibility: Supervision of the installation of 231 nos. mini-split air conditioning units complete with refrigerant piping works, ventilation with Carmon exhaust system, water supply system, sewage/drainage system, compressed air system and fire fighting works. Testing and commissioning of the above systems including preparation of As-Built drawings were also included in the scope of responsibility.
Project Name: Al-Nakheel Clinic, Riyadh
Client: Ministry of Interior
Responsibility: Preparation of Heat load calculation for the above-mentioned project. System consisted of five chillers with 80 tons capacity each, 5 air handling units and 126 ducted fan coil units.
Project Name: Al Salam Limited Expansion Project, Riyadh
Client: Al Salam Air Craft Company
Responsibility: Supervision of the installation of HVAC system consisting of Central split units having a total capacity of 490 tons (7 units) with necessary ducting, exhaust fans, steam boiler for humidifiers, Compressed air system, Purafil Scrubber unit and building management system for the whole system. Preparation of shop drawings, material submittals, Testing and commissioning of the whole system and preparation of As-built drawings were also part of my responsibility.
Project Name: P.P. Carpet backing Factory, Jeddah
Client: Al Rajhi International Contracting Co.
Responsibility: Supervision of the installation mechanical works consisting of compressed air system, drainage/sewage system, water supply system, fire fighting system consisting of sprinklers etc. Responsibility included preparation of shop drawings, material submittals, work scheduling, manpower scheduling, As-built drawings, correspondence relating to project matters and testing and commissioning of the mechanical systems.
Project Name: Al Buhaira Resort, Abha
Client: Ministry of Tourism
Responsibility: Supervision of the installation of HVAC system consisting of Three Chillers each with 1000kW capacity, chilled water network, Chilled water pumps, 23 nos. air handling units, 700 fan coil units, 23 mini split units and controls for the above system. Testing and commissioning of the system was also in my scope of responsibility.
Project Name: Saudi Textiles factory, Yanbu
Client: Saudi Textiles Industries Company
Responsibility: Supervision of the installation of Textile air conditioning system in close association with German company LUWA consisting of chilled water system having a capacity of 2000kW. Design of chilled water system including the supervision of installation of chilled water network, chilled water pumps, compressed air system installation, preparation of shop drawings, material submittal etc were included in the scope of work.
Project Name: NAFA Yarn Knitting Factory, Jeddah
Client: NAFA Textile Co.
Responsibility: Design of HVAC system for the administration building including preparation of shop drawings, follow-up of site work etc.
Project Name: MODA Medina Head Quarters, Medina.
Client: Ministry Of Defense and Aviation
Responsibility: Review of design, preparation of shop drawings, material submittals, supervision of installation of HVAC works consisting of chilled water system having a total capacity of 100 tons complete with ducting, air outlets etc. The system consisted of Two chillers, Five air handling units, One central split unit with a capacity of 25 tons and controls for the above system. Testing and commissioning was also in my scope of responsibility.
Project Name: Dabab Compounds
Client: General Contracting Company
Responsibility: Supervision of the installation of HVAC system for 48 villas consisting of 96 package units with comfort zone system and necessary ducting with all accessories.
