WATER:
Supervised 3-20 technicians in operation & maintenance of:
- 10 water treatment stations (0.15 mgd - 3.75 mgd)
- 20+ booster pumping stations (175-350 gpm capacity)
- 25 boreholes (6" diameter, 300'-600' depth, 175-265 gpm)
- 4 desalinization plants (0.15 mgd - 0.5 mgd, reverse osmosis system)
- irrigation network: pumping station (water reserve of 250,000,000 gal) consisting of 3 sites, each with 3 variable speed pumps (automated system) with a capacity of 0-2,000 gpm, 0-9,500 gpm and 0-19,000 gpm
- cathodic protection systems on 800mm and 400mm steel water mains.

WASTEWATER:
Supervised 3-20 technicians in operation & maintenance of:
- 11 purification stations (15,000 - 50,000 people/day-capacity)
- bacteriological treatment (activated sludge)
- utilization of iron sulfate & chlorosulfates to treat wastewater; ozone treatment for odors
- 70+ pumping stations (Flygt, KSB, and Jeumont Schneider pumps).
Utilization of a Metravib radio transmitter and Telesoc video camera for system inspection.
Serviced wastewater & rainwater systems with truck equipped with high pressure pump.
Compilation of safety manual for all process control-related equipment.
CONSTRUCTION:
Site manager for 18+ w/ww construction projects (contracts of US$ 3.5 - 16 million).
Responsible for purchase, construction, assembly, installation and troubleshooting of all electromechanical, hydraulic and instrumental equipment for 12+ water treatment/pumping stations (0.15 mgd - 7.5 mgd) and 2 wastewater stations (12,000 - 70,000 population equivalent).
Responsible for parts purchase, simple maintenance and minor repairs of following equipment used on-site: backhoe, forklift, excavator, loader, cranes (5 - 50 tons), electrical generators (10 - 500kW), welding machines, compressor, jackhammer, 4WD pick-ups, trucks (dump trucks of various sizes, etc.).
Assembled 40,000 gallon metal decanter, floating bridge, and two 30,000 and 80,000 gallon Braithwait metallic reservoirs.
Supervised construction and installation of 250 miles of canalization (1" – 24" PVC, galvanized, steel, and ductile iron), 210 stone reservoirs, 2 wells with 3 submergible pumps, a 35 foot-high/ 20 ton metallic tower, and a 3,200 gallon surge vessel.
Oversaw electrical, excavation, and civil engineering subcontractors, as well as all accounting, purchasing, and financial statement procedures.
