HAVC drafting
- Prepare oil/gas trans-line drawings related to piping and general mechanical equipment including: elevation layout, general arrangement, process and instrument diagrams, piping isometric standard, support structure drawings and sketches.
- Follow engineer's Cad X-ref. files. update drawings as required during the design process.
- Ensure drawings produced are checked, approved and filed in accordance with the relevant quality system procedure.
- Prepare drawing lists, equipment lists, line lists, valve lists, instrument lists, cable schedules, pump motor lists, load lists, hardware lists, schedules relevant quality system procedure and transfer to Excel.

- Design optimum section of door frame to find out the section with best strength and lightest weight at given shape and size
- Design curved window—bending aluminum window frame to the curved shape, to find out limited radius can be bend and the position of crack
- Decide largest glass size at different thickness also trouble shooting deal with solder & welding problem at corner by ship vibration
- Pre-joined molding, jamb, sill, trim and casing for installation
- Hinges and lock selection, also check door opening and stop problem
- Life survive calculation
