Job responsibilities Includes vendor selection, Planning, Construction supervision, Expediting, Quality Control, etc., Processing change orders, claims and follow ups with client.
II. FERTILIZERS AND CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES:
¨ ACC, Yanbu, Saudi Arabia (45 TPD Chlorine Project)
¨ CRISTAL, Yanbu, Saudi Arabia (TiO2 Expansion Project)

Procurement and expediting of materials, equipment and items for the above Projects. Activities Includes vendor selection in consultation with project Manager, Preparation and issuance of Tender documents, follow ups to get the offer in time, commercial discussions with vendors, bid Evaluation, Commercial tabulation, Placement of Order, Expediting to get the drawings and documents from the vendor, co ordination between engineering/ QA dept. and vendor, Expediting the manufacturing and supply as per purchase specification, Dispatch and Export documentation preparation, Co ordination with cargo handling agents / Shipping agents. Custom clearances, Preparation and submitting documents to the client for to receive the Materials, co ordination with vendors for commissioning and start up assistance, settlement and payments to vendor against their invoices, extra claims etc., Processing change orders, claims and follow ups with client etc.,
