The Main LCN connected to 20 GUS staions,2 APP (PHD,APP),3NIMs and 6EPLCGs.The LCN is getting time synchronized with GPS.
Key Responsibility:
I am the Honeywell Responsible person for System (HPM, GUS, FSC & PHD) Installation, Erection, Power-Up, Pre-com, SAT and the plant hot / cold cut over, commissioning activities and Maintenance(Preventive, Routine and Day-to-Day).
I have been Successfully completed the Pre-FAT and IFAT at Honeywell ME office for past 8 months, included Configuration, Logic implementation and all logic simulation.
C) I have successfully completed the commissioning Activities of the GAS Plant in Dubai for Margam Field Establishment–Dubai LNG Plant.

Job Responsibility:
My part is actively involved in the Commissioning activities of the Honeywell TPS system (HPM, GUS & FSC) as well as Maintenance (Preventive, Routine and Day-to-Day) activity of the Gas plant.
D) I Have successfully completed the Radio communication between Main Control Room, Jetty and Storage area By Honeywell (APP) for NODCO Plant in QP – QATAR.
2) Worked for Kuwait National Petroleum Corporation Ltd., Shuaiba Refinery at Kuwait for their Modernization of the Central Control Room with Honeywell TPS involves Hot-Cut over of the whole Refinery as a System & Instrument Engineer.( Oct 2001 to March 2003 – KNPC Contract)
System configuration:
The Main Topology of the system is with 3 LCN and 9 UCNs.The Main segment is connected to 9 LCN-EX Through Fiber Optics. The Main LCN connected to 65 GUS staions,3 APP Nodes. The LCN is getting time synchronized with GPS.The main segment is connected to 10 SIHs and each SIH has 2 HPM and an EPLCG, which is connected to the ABB August (ESD) system. The PDC (Primary Domain Controller) as well as BDC (Backup domain Controller) used as a server.
Key Responsibility:
The Data base generation, Configuration, implementation of HPM, EPLCG and APP (Logics as well as database), Wiring diagram, Loop diagram, Internal Loop wiring, power-on, Pre-SAT.SAT and commissioning activity of 9 control Rooms (Satellite Instrument House) for Modernization of CCR project in shuaiba Refinery At Kuwait.

(1) Worked in TATA HONEYWELL, India as a SYSTEM MAINTENANCE ENGINEER in HALDIA PETROCHEMICAL LTD., and HPLCL Power Plant (116MW), India (Contract).
System Configuration: a)The Main Topology of the system is divided into 9 Control Room in varies location. The total numbers of nodes are 58 GUS stations and each Control room has 3 HPMs, EPLCGs & Triconex (ESD).
b)In HPLCL Power plant maintenance of 5 Gus stations and 3 FSC systems were connected through SMM.
