Modernization of Obsolete Instrumentation Project – Phase I – at Kuwait National
Petroleum Company (KNPC), Mina Ahmadi Refinery as an Instrument Technician.
Responsibilities include Survey of the existing obsolete field instrumentation and
Control systems, preparation of FEED document for further engineering, detailed
Engineering, procurement and construction.

Functional Narrative:

Studied the existing control system along with field instrumentation, updated the P&ID's,
Drawing and document based on the survey and prepared the FEED document from the
Detailed engineering. Prepared the Instrument index, IO list, functional schematics, cable
Block diagrams, cable schedules, etc., Developed the specifications, addendums for the
Control system and data sheets.

Achievements:

Successfully completed the survey part within stipulated period and submitted the FEED
Documents to client.
