SUMMARY OF WORK EXPERIENCE
Nine years (09) experience as Quality Control Engineer/Third party Inspector (TPI)/ Inspector/ Supervisor in Welding, Piping, Painting, Structural and Insulating jobs at various sites in petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Refineries, Water treatment plant and steel plants.
Having good knowledge in piping and welding (SMAW, SAW, GTAW, GMAW, SW, etc), insulation and painting jobs. Able to read the isometric drawings, PID drawings and structural drawings.
Conversant with codes, specifications, standards (ASME Section II, V, VIII, IX, B 31.3, API 1104, ASTM, AWS, ARAMCO, PDO Standards). Able to carry out procedure qualification, welder qualification as per applicable codes and standards. Knowledge in quality assurance and Quality control techniques.
Conversant with various materials like carbon steel, austenitic steel, duplex steel, low alloy steel, Nickel based alloy steels and LTCS material. Familiar in hydro-testing, preparation of test package, stress reliving (PWHT) and PMI.
