* Performs major mechanical alignment and adjustment to CNC Lathe and Machining Centers like Machine Leveling, Turret Alignment, Spindle and Headstock Alignment, Automatic Tool Changer Alignment, Automatic Pallet Changer, Tool Magazine, Spindle Orientation Adjustment and Zero Point Return Adjustment.
* Performs major mechanical replacement to CNC Lathe and Machining Centers like Spindle and Headstock Assembly, Turret Assembly, Axis ball screw, Spindle and Servo Motor, Hydraulic System, Pneumatic System and other mechanical parts replacement.
* Performs CNC machine parameters data changes (PMC & NC Parameters) for FANUC & MITSUBISHI control.
* Performs preventive and corrective maintenance to all CNC machines according to given schedules.

* Performs electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to Die Casting Machines (Toshiba) including accessories parts like melting furnace, automatic unloading and others.
* Responsible in the Installation and Configuration of New Variable Frequency Drives (Inverters), backed-up the Parameters to all CNC machines.
* Repair damage Power supply, Stepper motor controller, servo motor amplifier.
* Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controller, (Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Omron, Siemens S7).
* Perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of all Screw and Piston Type Compressors (Kobelco, Atlas Copco, and Hitachi)
* Responsible in ordering and controlling of critical spare parts for production and facilities equipment.
* Conduct machine evaluation and installation to newly installed production and facilities equipment
* Performs equipment control modification using electro-pneumatics and PLC applications
* Conduct technical training to maintenance staff and members.
* Established maintenance procedures, work instruction, guidelines and makes amendments if necessary.
* Supervise the works of maintenance staff and members and see to it that assigned task was accomplish properly and precisely.
