a) Design and build for Army Centre at Kota Tinggi, Johor for Ministry Of Defence Of Malaysia, West Malaysia. Development includes office building, accommodations, mosque, jetty, swimming pool, halls, industrial buildings and infrastructure works i.e roadworks, drainage, water reticulation, sewerage reticulation, treatment plant, water tank, retaining structure and landscaping works. b) 20 Storey office building at Pasir Gudang, Johor for Local Authority Pasir Gudang, Johor, West Malaysia. Development includes interior design works, infrastructure works i.e roadworks, drainage works, water reticulation, sewerage reticulation, retaining structures and landscaping works. (RM 50.0M)
c) 20 Storey building apartment comprising of 400 unit apartments at Johor Bahru, Johor for Bayou Bay Development Sdn Bhd, West Malaysia. d) Up-grading an Old Shopping Complex 'KOMTAR 1971' to modern design concept (built-up area approximately 80,000 s.f) at Johor Bahru, Johor, for Johor Corporation, West Malaysia. Development includes relocation, demolition, rectification works, new building works including interior works, pedestrian bridge, infrastructure works i.e roadworks, drainage, water reticulation, new sewage treatment plant and sewerage reticulation, retaining structures, landscaping works and flood mitigation system. e) Mosque Building (for 6,000 peoples) and 5 Storey Office Building at the New State Administration Centre, Nusajaya, Johor for Government State of Johor (Part of Iskandar Development Region - IDR), West Malaysia. Development includes interior works, bridge, infrastructure works i.e roadworks, drainage, water reticulation,sewerage reticulation, retaining structures and landscaping works. (RM 80.0M)
