* Responsibility of start up, normal operation and shutdown of SIEMENS gas turbine, steam turbine, heat recovery boiler, air cooled condenser and relevant utilities.
* Supervision, control, and coordination of shift staff.
* Checking of checklist, log sheets, fault reports and issuing work permit.

1996 – 1999 Commissioning Engineer
GEA Energietechnik GmbH
* Commissioning of 1170MW air-cooled condenser.
* Keeping communication/co-operation with consulting engineers site supervisors.
* Maintenance, commissioning, documentation, negotiation with consulting engineers in subjects.
* Control, coordination and organization of commissioning team in ACC scope and performing of relevant documentation.
* Participation in guarantee tests.
* Participation in different meetings like daily commissioning, pre acceptance committee, defects.
* Control of project according to the CPM and reporting of progress to GEA head office in Germany.
* Inspection and participation in different modifications on site.
* Modification of condenser fans software program (TELEPERM system).
* Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports about progress of project and sending them to head office in Germany.

* Supervision of records and logs during normal operation of units for no deviation.
* Commissioning of SIEMENS gas turbines after major inspection.
* Coordination with national grid control center for performing of units approved minor and major inspection programs.
* Following up the inspection affairs for brining back the units into the service as soon as possible.

2000–up to now Senior expert of mechanic

* Preparation of start up, normal operation and shutdown checklists and log sheets for SIEMENS V94.2 gas turbines, heat recovery steam generator (HRSG), SIEMENS steam turbines and Air Cooled Condenser.
* Preparation of predictive maintenance (PM) program in ISO format for mechanical equipments in scope of:
- Water treatment plant
- Waste water treatment plant
- Sewage water treatment plant
- Auxiliary equipments such as boilers, air compressors, emergency diesels and fuel oil storage and handling system.
- Heating and cooling systems such as domestic hot water, air conditioner, air ventilators (HV and HVAC).
- Steam turbine accessories.
- Heat Recovery Steam Generators
- Air Cooled Condenser
- Pumps ( high & low pressure, centrifugal, displacement, submersible)
- Valves ( control, stop, safety, gate, globe)
* Design and execution of different mechanical modifications in power plant.
* Familiarity with corrosion science in power plant and execution some projects in this field like "Investigation of corrosion in power plant fire fighting piping system and replacing the piping and equipments with those ones which have resistance against corrosion agent ".
* Supervision and technical support of maintenance staff in scope of raw water, waste and sewage water treatment plant, auxiliary boilers, air compressor, emergency diesels, central heating system, HVAC and AC, HRSG, pumps, valves, steam turbine equipments, air cooled condenser.
* Providing work instruction for affairs which need to get contractor, checking of projects progress and survey of bills.

INTEREST

I am a volleyball player who is playing volleyball for at least 26 years in different teams like middle school, high school, university, land force and power plant teams. Searching in internet and getting my desired information, traveling to different areas are my other interests.
