BRIEF OVERVIEW:
* 11 Years worked in Electrical and instrumentation field as an Engineer in Coal handling system at Thermal Power Plant and Cement grinding unit.
* At present from march 2004 working as a H.O.D (E & I) in M/S ARJ CEMENTOS DE NACALA LDA., MOZAMBIQUE, ( East Africa) Cement Grinding Unit With Future Plan for full fledged clinkerisation plant.

Roles and Responsibility:
* Responsibility of Testing, installation, commissioning, Trouble shooting, maintenance and Implementation of all Electrical and Instrumentation Equipments of Coal handling system at Thermal Power plant and Cement grinding unit like substation 33kv, HV and LV switch gears, PLC systems( u84, quantum, Series 90 – 30 etc ), VVVF drives, Weighing systems, firing alarms systems, Dust Extraction system, water cooling systems, Tray routings, HT cable Terminations, Relay logic control Panels, ladder logic PLC, Hydraulic systems, telecommunication systems, Ultrasonic object locators, Transducers, Pressure Transmitters, HT and LT Breakers, Transformers etc.
* Ability to develop industrial electrical control systems for optimum machine performance and production rates, PLC's and industrial control systems
* Develop wiring and interconnection diagrams for project installation.
* Coordinate and oversee electrical system installation including start up, debug and release to production.
* Design and develop customized controls to improve operator interface equipment availability, performance and quality.
* Create, edit and install PLC ladder logic for PLC control systems.
* Install electrical systems in accordance with NEC requirements
* Inspections and performance tests, preparing reports and making presentations to management. These tasks will be performed on various types of equipment including transformers(33kv/11kv),(11kv/380v) medium and high voltage switch gear, protective relays, generators, power cabling, HV motors, LV motors and other electrical and instrumentation equipments and Testing of HT and LT cables, Terminations etc
* Industrial medium voltage power systems, facilitation of electric power through unit substations, motor control centres and power distribution panel boards, uninterruptible power systems and lighting design. Required skills with Power distribution at 380VAC to 33kv Class, Substations single lines, layout, and specifications, grounding design, cabling systems in duct banks, manholes, and cable trays. Desired skill sets are Short Circuit, Voltage Drop, and Loading Analysis, Telephone, Communications, Fire Alarms, Security Systems, voltage classes above 15kv, and Protective Relaying etc.
* Calibration of Weigh Feeders, Pressure Transmitters, Capacitance type Level Switches, Solid Flow Meters, Ultra Sonic Object Locator And all Process instrument in Coal handling system at Thermal Power Plant and Cement Plant.
* Making the inspection report, protocol and billing of all electrical equipment of the Plant.
