Project Quality Coordinator (Client Representative) (May 5, 2008 to present)
* As part of an Integrated Project Management Team of Petrom SA I am responsible for capturing and reporting all Quality issues requiring resolution, being the primary offshore interface with contractor.
* Liaising with the Contractor's/Supplier's representatives for scheduling all witnessing and inspection activities as identified within the Programme Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans.
* Monitor inspections during operations (onshore and offshore) to ensure these activities are completed in a safe and efficient manner and meet both technical and contractual requirements.
* Perform Site inspection by visiting suppliers/plants, being responsible for expediting completion and delivery of materials and equipment to ensure conformance with purchase order agreements and project requirements.
* Witnessing the construction of Jackets, Platforms, Modules, and offshore hook up at EPC Contractor and Subcontractors sites.
* Maintain Quality audit schedule and perform Contractor Quality audits as required, ensuring timely closeout of audit findings.
* Responsible for establishing and ensuring that preventive actions are implemented and corrective actions are taken within my area of responsibility.

QA/QC Supervisor (May 8, 2006 to September 30, 2007)
* Reporting to the QA/QC Project Manager, maintaining liaison link between Barge Superintendent and Field Engineer, I supervised all the quality matters of the Offshore Installation of Piles, Flares Process and Utility Barges;
* Prepared the Project Quality System procedures and Quality Plans in San Giuliano Milanese Office, Italy;
* Maintained an update status of progress against the installation plan by checking completion and signing off;
* Monitored the collection of "As built" data for project;
* Surveyed and verified that scheduled testing and inspections were performed and documented during the execution of work as required by site Quality Control Plans and reference standards;
* Supervised the work of the Quality Inspectors team (Welding Inspectors and NDT Inspectors);
* Coordinated quality meetings with the Client, construction contractors, and site supervision personnel, in order to analyze and contribute to the solution of quality-related problems;
* Temporarily deputised in the position of QA/QC Supervisor - Client Site Representative in Kuryk Yard, surveying the construction works for offshore activities at ER SAI Caspian Contractor LLC (Subcontractor of Saipem).

QA/QC Manager (November 1st., 2005 to April 7, 2006)
* Reporting directly to the General Manager, provided leadership for developing and directing Quality Management System and quality improvement for all products and services;
* Maintained all the necessary documentation related to Quality system, ISO and other industry guidelines;
* Organized and implemented the internal audits and supplier audits;
