* Implement all of the Foundation works for finishing (Establishment of Electricity) and what it's including of.
* Establishment of the works of whitewashing and what it's including of.
* Establishment of the plumbing system, and what it's including of.
* Implementation of all final finishes (electricity, conditioning, fire alarm, ceramics, plumbing, alumital and landscape).
* Full supervising and continuing the implementation and the supplying of the furniture and coordinating and distributing it in the rooms&units
Delivering the project to the Italian owner in 11 month to operate
