Maintenance Manager.
* Responsible for maintaining and preventing the plant running during 24hours (including Diaper Machines, Packaging Machines, Inkjet Machines, Glue Tanks, Dosing Machines).
Maintained and designed Mechanical and Electrical systems, automated systems including siemens PLC S5 & S7, drives & motors: Siemens (simodrive, master drive, simovert, micro master, midi master …), ELAU, LENZE, LeroySomer, Parker, Omron, Telemecanique.
HMI, sensors, actuators.
* Maintaining, monitoring and reporting a power generation station 4Mw, compressors, and vehicles and Diapers machine.
* Provides plans, schedules for corrective maintenance, Inspection & Preventive Maintenance, work within ISO Quality Management System.

-"Power Station"
Designing and installing a Power station for the plant with synchro and High Power cables.
-"Diaper Machines Projects"
Software + hardware (servomotors, Gearboxes, Shafts, drives) for Unwinders, pulling axes, cut and place units, encoders, electrical cams (FM452)…
- "Wireless Crane"
Transforming a 12 tones crane into wireless (can work remotely up to 500 meter at 432 MHz). Project achieved and implemented at Unipak / Tissue Mill.
- "Projects: monitoring and Saving Data"
Using Hardware (electronic circuit + cabling) and software (Visual Basic);
Connecting all laboratory instruments to a single PC to control them and save there data. Project achieved and implemented at Unipak / Tissue Mill. Other like connecting all Diaper machine (10 machines) to a single PC (using microcontroller) to monitor there state and save running hours. Project implemented at Sanita Plant.
-"Electrical Forklift"
Designing and upgrading electrical forklift (Using Sevcon and Other DC converters)
- "Luminance Word, an eye persistence, for PIC micro controllers"
A motor that rotate a plaque on which is placed a micro controller (programmed on assembly language) and a column of LEDs. This system enables Word visualization by a magic aspect.
