Inspection of Lattice, Telescopic and Tower cranes, lifting beams, Gantry and overhead cranes base on American and British standard in conjunction with Nigerian regulations on crane inspection.
*Review of rigging plans for heavy lifts including cryogenic heat exchangers
*Maintenance planning and daily monitoring of all the cranes and equipment
*Supervision of all heavy lifts on site
*Preparation of job safety analysis for lifting operations.
*Training of operators in the use and setting of load moment indicators, reading of load charts, duty charts and deduction charts as applied to safe lifting operations.
*Preparation of inspection reports and specific maintenance checklist for cranes and equipment.
