Currently working as Design Engineer in charging the following projects:
Design & Supervision Consultancy services for Internal Roads at Shawamekh City, Abu Dhabi, being implemented by Abu Dhabi Municipality, UAE.
Full responsibility of all the design stages starting by the conceptual development, condition survey, topographic survey, soil investigation, preliminary design stage, design calculation, drawings and Final tender Document.
The project comprises the design of the proposed dual and single carriageways for a new residential area. The road works include parking, sidewalk and related services such as street lighting, storm water drainage, protection of existing utilities.
As Highway Engineer working on Geometric Design (horizontal and vertical alignments) and Structure Design using MXROAD (as client TOR requirements) as well as preparing of the Final design drawings for the Tender Documents and Cost Estimation.
Design & Supervision Consultancy services for Internal Roads at Sheikh Khalifa City at Gaza, Palestine, being implemented by Abu Dhabi Municipality, UAE.
Scope of work include development the road concepts for that new city, deliver new solution to solve the high population expected for the city. Generate the geometric design stage includes horizontal alignments, the best use of land to match with the design criteria, the economic view through all the details and finally achieve economic, safe & comfortable roads for the city.
Prepare Structure Design Report concerning the economic static of this region and the difficulty facing delivering the required materials, the nature of the soil (Silty Sand), calculate Design Predicated number of 18-kip Equivalent Single Application Load (ESAL) & the design layers thicknesses required for that weight.
Design & Supervision Consultancy services for Internal Roads at Sowayan Area, Al-Ain, being implemented by Al-Ain Municipality, UAE.
Design of Internal roads according to road classification and distribution of traffic volumes in the city, includes collectors, distributors and local roads. Design the parking demand in the main attractive points in the city, through traffic investigation and volume calculations. Preparing full design drawing includes geometric & structure details includes horizontal alignment (take in consideration the sight distance, min radius, design speed, lane width, development C.S., parking concepts, junctions, roundabouts,.. . ) and vertical alignments.
Volume computations using the MXROAD with combination of ACAD program languages according to the designed pavement sections taken every 20 m, side slopes, fitting, cutting slopes, drainage slopes and plotting of cross sections using the sheet manager processing.

Worked as Senior Technical Engineer for the project "Design & Construction of Internal Asphalt Roads at Wilayat Thumrait", Governorate of Dhofar, Oman. The project composed of construction of Asphalted single carriage way (8m) of total length 40 Km, provided with safety measures such as road marking, road signs, surface water drainage, steel guardrail, side slope protection, water drainage structures such as pipe, box culverts, Irish crossing and Irish bridge at wadies locations and relocation of existing utilities, provision of future ducts and curb stone at junctions.
Full responsibility of design and route location of these rural roads inside the Wilayat according to the topographic surveying & physical features. Full preparing of the design drawing including key plans, typical cross sections, marking, signs board, plans & longitudinal profiles of these roads.
Preparing and approving the shop drawing of the details for all the items required from the consultant. Draw the cross section for the service ducts, Irish crossing, and box & pipe culverts, including the bed levels, surface of concrete, dimension of the structure, reinforcement details and any other required details.
Follows all the steps of surveying works required for the design criteria starting from topographic survey and downloading the data from the total station to the design package (LAND DESKTOP). Select the route and the alignment according to the basic conditions of safety and economics of road. Setting out of the center line, where horizontal alignment has been taken in consideration the factors affecting the horizontal curves in rural areas. Prepare the level sheets of all road layers, embankment, subgrade, subbase, and asphalt. Prepare the grade sheets taking in consideration the approved design levels, sides' slopes of the typical cross sections and the surface water drainage system.
