This is major infra structure development for Jumeirah Village II project which is divided in to 9 phases. It is totally 27km of sewer main lines,41km of waterlines, 38 km of irrigation lines, storm drainage works, chilled water lines, 700 sewer manholes, gully chambers, gate valve chambers, thrust blocks and 48 km of asphalt roads and foot path works.
My nature of works was construction supervision,on-site material checking in accordance with approved material list, involved in field density test of compacted soil,sieve anaylsis of aggregate, dewatering procedures and safety methods.
- Checking of shop drawing for utility services; layout and profile with respect contract dwg.
- Method statement review as to conform contract specifications and standards;
- RFI approval and tracking of approved work activities in order to find missing activities,
Quantity of work done checking, evaluating of percentage of work done
- Issuing site instruction / memos, progress update and review, handing over of services,
- performing inspection to ensure the quality of works as per approved quality control procedures and test plan
- Preapring of site snags and follow ups, reporting to RE
Project 2: Burjuman Center Expansion Project, Dubai
External hard landscaping works around this new burjuman center, services for water fountains,duct diversion for telecommunication and street light lines, retaining wall to underground parking.
Involved in Interior finishes, partition wall, metal and timber ceiling, wall cladding works in office tower 20 + storeyed building, preparing of snags and follow up, reporting to construction manager.

Project Value: 58 million
This is one of the major infra development projects comprising of all services of sewer,
Water, darinage,irrigation including of manhole chambers, valves installtion etc.
My works focussed primarily on inspection of site activities,covers all utility services laying,testing and asphalt roads, hard and soft landscaping;attended in the meeting for progress review and site co ordination;Involved in asphalt base and wearing course for marshal testing in dubai municipality laboratory;attended the field density test for soil compaction of trenches, road base and sub base.
- Inspection of civil works such as sewer maholes,pumping station, DEWA substations,ETC chambers,etc.
- Inspection of lakes liners laying and testing,interconnected pipe lines
- Handing over of services to the client in co ordination with building contractor and consultants.

Construction of G+1 Villas in Jumeirah-5
Project 3: Administrative building, Pumping station in Najma, Dubai
Construction of pumpstation for boosting line pressure of waterline which feeding
Supply of potable water to Dubai. It includes of service block and meter bench building and

Responsible for the construction of 30 no.s of G+1 villas for the client of PWD in sahama of
Abudhabi. It involves all kinds of structural and finishing works.
