* RGX-6/7 & AKG-2 project (Ra- Laffan Natural Gas liquefaction company limited Doha Qatar). The scope of work involves Engineering procurement & construction (EPC) plus commissioning of Train-6/7 & AKG-2 plant. (22-March 2008 to till date with TECHNIP France based in Abu Dhabi / Doha Qatar.)
* Ruwais NGL 3rd trains project (Abu-Dhabi gas industries Ltd "Gasco), The scope of work involved construction of a grass roots Gas plant including NGL Fractionation, Propane Refrigeration, Molecular sieves, DEO gas treating, LPG gas treating, Sulphur recovery plant, Offsite- LPG propane storage,/ LPG Butane storage/ Pentane plus storage/BOG refrigeration unit, utilities ((Steam & BFW), Flare, Deaerator packages, Chemical injection packages, Condensate polishing packages, etc and the cost of construction is 287milion $. The piping fabrication & erection weight involved is 32000 tons approximately and equipment erection weight is 24000 tons approximately and steel structure 14000 tons including heavy civil and tanks. (08-April 2006 to 12/03/2008 with consolidated contractor international company Abu-Dhabi U.A.E)
* OL2K EG2 Olefins 2 plant Kuwait with National Kharafi Mechanical & electrical co as Sr. project Engineer Mechanical In charge of all Steel Structure/Piping & Equipment Installation of around $196 millions project. (03-March2006 to 22march-2006 with National Kharafi Mechanical & Electrical co in Kuwait)
* Isomerization & revamp of Oman Refinery Company along with construction of a new penex Facilities in Muscat (Sultanate of Oman). Contract Value is $ 84 million & Job type is Engineering /procurement & Construction (EPC). (01-july2005 to 09/02/2006 with consolidated contractor company LLC Oman)
* Oman India Fertilizer (OIF) Project in sur (Sultanate of Oman), the scope of work involved construction of a grass roots fertilizer complex including, Ammonia plant –2 trains 1750 tons/day each, Urea plant-2 trains 2530 tons/day each, All related utilities / Offsite including seawater intake, Material handling systems (Conveyors, reclimers, etc) and the Client was Oman-India fertilizer company and Contract Value was US$ 165 Million. (24-Nov.2003 to 30 June-2005 with CCC LLC. Oman)
* Karachgnak main works contract, northwest Kazakhstan (KMWC) Aksai, West Kazakhstan. The scope of work comprises a grass roots gas processing plant, an oil and condensate processing plant with gas compression/re injection facilities & a well production gathering system & gas re injection trunk line & flow line (Approximately 330KMs) as well as an oil export pipeline of approximately 600KMs. The final output of the plant will be 300000 barrels/day of oil & 883 billion cube feet of gas annually and The Client was Karachgnak petroleum operating BV and Contract Value was US$ 1.2 Billion. (26-May 2001 to 22 Nov.2003 with consolidated contractor international company Kazakhstan)
* Onshore gas development project (OGD Phase II), Abu Dhabi- UAE. The project involves the full construction of civil works, steel structure erection, piping works, products pipeline, Mechanical works, electrical & instrumentation works, and revamping of OGD I, and pre commissioning. Its also includes the detailed engineering and construction of the necessary buildings. The Client was Abu Dhabi National oil co. (ADNOC) & Contract value 1.3 Billion (07-Aug.1999 to 10-April-2001 with consolidated contractor international company UAE)
* Eastern Petrochemical Project (SHARQ) Jubail Saudi Arabia. The complete construction of a new ethylene glycol plant with a production capacity of 450000 TPY (SSEP). The work include new buildings, plant foundations, heavy and general equipment erection, NO. 3 tanks including foundations, laboratory buildings with equipment, 230 KV power line from SCECO source, NO. 3 Flare, sea water back up system, Chlorination system, Waste water lifting station, raw materials piping, supply and installation of steel structure, all piping works, instrumentation, insulation fire proofing etc. the Client was Chiyoda Corporation & the Contract value was $ 121.64 Million. (09-Jan-1999 to 26-June 1999 with consolidated contractor company WLL KSA)
* Aromax® Benzene and Cyclohexane facilities Project (SCP) Jubail Saudi Arabia. The facilities are for the nominal production of 480000 MTA of Benzene, 220000 MTA of Cyclohexane, and 372000 MTA of Mogas blend stock. The project of 322 acres area includes the Aromax Benzene area, Cyclohexane area, Utility area, Offsite with a future area of 160 acres and 10000 m2 of buildings. The project has been executed in the scheduled period and a certificate of mechanical completion acceptance was issued complementing the significant achievement of the works. 9000000 Mhr.s were consumed in the project with no lost time incidents. Client was Chevron Petrochemical/ Chiyoda and the Contract Value was $ 75 Million. (18-May 1998 to 08-Jan 1999 with consolidated contractor company WLL KSA)
* Rastannura Refinery Upgrades, Package-3 & Package-4 (RTRU). The Package-3 includes construction of a Hydro cracker and hydrogen plant for the purpose of converting Gas oil into NAPATHA, DIESEL and lighter products, and steam reforming for hydrogen generation. The package-4 is composed of the followings plant construction. (A)VISBREAKER PLANT (B) DGA/SOUR WATER STRIPPER PLANT(C) SULPHUR PLANT (D) SOUTH INTETR CONNECTING PIPRWAY (E) SOUTH FLARE SYSTEM. The project also includes concrete works, asphalt paving, Building and other civil packages & the Client was Saudi ARAMCO (BECHTEL Being the Main contractor) & Contract Value was 73.5 Millions. (04-April 1997 to 17-May 1998 with consolidated contractor company WLL KSA)
* A.Y.T.B Co. LTD Al-Jubail (Saudi Arabia), Position- Project Engineer Mechanical (Rotating Machinery, Static's & Piping). Project's -Saudi Petrochemical co. (SADAF), Petrokemya olefins Co. (Saudi Arabia), Eastern Petrochemical co. (SHARQ), Saudi Armco Shell Refinery (SASREF), Yanpet Project (Yanbu) Chiyoda Petrostar Ltd. Duties: Project engineer/Superintendent of Maintenance and Shut down team of A.Y.T.B.Co.LTD. Supervised Maintenance of Rotating Machinery Equipment Like-Seal replacement, Bering replacement, other accessories replacement, final alignment soft foot checking, shaft deflection checking and trouble shooting of GAS COMPRESSORS and Pumps. In charge of Shut Down in petrokemya olefins project for modification of De-etherizer columns internals LIKE- installation of ring segment by support of seal strips, trough supports installation and fully trays replacement during shut down. (18-Jan 1996 to 18-Jan1997 with A.Y.T.B co LTD KSA)
* Raslaffan (QGLNG) Train1 & 2 building two new trains doing the followings piping fabrication and erection, providing assistance to contractor such as: - Answering site Queries, Solving Materials problem, solving site mismatching and fouling query. Issuing site instruction for any changing required, Issuing work pack for additional works. Organizing meeting with contractor to know if any materials requirements, shortages and to co-ordinate construction activities. (28-Jan 1994 to 12-Jan 1995, Supplied to Chiyoda by Al Tayseer)
