Objective: Residential construction superintendent and/or CAD designer/drafter for a current or upcoming home builder or Manufacturing Engineering company.

Bethelhem, GA.Manager of Home Designs - Datacad SpecialistCurrently superintendent of 10 homes +- Generate CAD plans from start to completion, Create elevations and detail drawings, include electrical and plumbing, basements and 3Drenderings for presentations to outside clients.- Startup and creation of website - www.StarHomeBuilders.com - Creation of marketing drawings for Sales agents.- Work with 10 superintendents and in charge of outsourcing for subcontractors and pricing of materials used.- Prepare takeoffs for lumber for plans.- Deal with all subcontractors and lumber vendors in company usage.- Supply all drawing copies to framers, plumber, electrician, and Truss company, if needed.- Generate permit drawings from plats for Superintendents with house plan and driveway locations to 1:50 scale.- Import plats from surveyors into CAD system for in house usage.- Remodeling quotes for customers and supply cad drawings.- Redraws of home plans for builders, if their original is lost.
