Over 1.5 years as QA/QC Engineer,6 years Abroad in QA/QC Inspector and 5 years Instrument technician: Extensive Experience in the field of QA/QC Inspector- Instrumentation, engineering, construction, hook up, pre- commissioning and commissioning of various nature of plant, exposure in oil & Gas production and processing facilities, petrochemical plant.
In charge of field inspection for final acceptance prior to mechanical completion. MCC certification of instruments as per approved quality control plan and test plan in compliance to project specification and other relevant documents. The above includes instrument bench calibration and functional check of various types of instruments such as FLOW, LEVEL, pressure and temperature. Control valves, Transmitters, PRV and analytical instruments. Work experience of installation wiring and loop checking for DCS, ESD, CRCS, PLC, F&G, and CCTV system. SKILL:

Worked on ABB Advent controller – 450, Fox boro spac- 200 system, HONEYWELL, JAPAN. TDC-3000 DCS, Taylor, YOKOGAWA system and also worked with Bently Newada-3300 system. Including communication with Triconex plc's ESD system, modification plc's fire and gas system, compressor control system, vibration monitoring system and also worked on Tri- ststion, UPS system, Micron P- 20 controller, logic panel boards etc.
And also knowledge of PID, ILD ITP, Project drawing etc.
