* Construction Management on-shore (Site): 10 years of relevant experience within the construction field, operating on different building sites for the construction of power plants, water distribution systems, gas & water pipelines, treatment plants, power lines, roads & railways, airports. Operating in 10 different countries spread into 4 continents, mainly acting as Civil Contracts and Construction Manager.
* Contract Management: Familiar with the most utilized International Standard Forms of Contract (FIDIC, D&B-EPC, NEC/ECC), acting as Contract Manager, administrating any Monthly/Final Statements, Variation/Change Orders, Day works, Extensions of Time, Correspondence & Claims, Taking-Over Certificates, Subcontractors/Suppliers liabilities, back-charges, counter claims, progress monitoring, etc.

III. WORK EXPERIENCE
From Oct. 2007 until present, ALSTOM POWER S.A., Malaga (Spain), Civil Contract & Construction Manager. Overall responsible for the execution on a fast track basis of the civil works on a re-measurable contract basis, for the construction of a 400 MW GT26-based Single Shaft Combined-Cycle Power Plant located in Malaga, southern Spain. The civil works include 13,000 m3 of structural concrete, 1,500 ton steel for RC, over 2,000 ton of structural steel, 100,000 m3 of earthworks, the construction of an Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) unit, Underground Services for approx. 6 KM of overall lenght, a six units cooling water tower and other plant related facilities (Admin. & Control Building, Gas Area, Storage Tanks, Transformer Area, etc.). In addion, the project includes a 14 KM long external pipeline for gas and water supply executed as a Turn-Key Contract by Acciona Infraestructuras, the construction by Eiffage Infraestructuras of secondary asphalted roads according to PG-3 regulations, the Spanish General Technical Specifications for bridges and roads. Contracts amount (Only Civil scope): Over 30M €.
* Apr. 2007 – Sept. 2007, ALSTOM POWER LTD - KIER CONSTRUCTION LTD Alliance - Langage Energy Centre – Civil Manager for the civil works of a turnkey contract basis, for the construction of a 885 MW GT26-based Multiple Shaft Combined-Cycle Power Plant located in Langage, Devon, South West of England. The civil works include 30,000 m3 of structural concrete, 2,800 ton steel for RC, 3,500 ton of structural steel, 160,000 m3 of earthworks, the construction of an HRSG unit and a large air-cooled condenser. Contract amount (Only Civil scope): Over 40M GBP.
* Feb. 2007 - March 2007, ALSTOM POWER, Baden (Switzerland), employed within the Civil Package Tenders & Prequalifications Dept., working on tenders and planning strategies within the Power Plant Business.
* Apr. 2006 – Feb. 2007, CMC Africa Austral LTD, Xai Xai, Mozambique – "Massingir Dam and Smallholder Agricultural Rehabilitation Project" - Umbape Pumping Station & Ponela Irrigation Block - Project Manager for a Turn Key basis contract for the construction of a pumping station with a total installed capacity of 10 m3/s of water, a 15Km long "T4" HDPE HDPE pipeline diam. 160mm to 1,200mm and a RC water reservoir of 250 m3 of volume, including 1200mm diam. in/out GRP piping system – Contract amount: 9M USD.
* Jan. 2006 – Mar. 2006, ASTALDI S.p.A., Central America & Caribbean Area - Project Control Manager for all the projects belonging to the area (for an annual turnover of approx. 80M USD).

* Nov. 2003, Italian Embassy in Honduras – Technical Consultant for the civil works related to the construction of a Hospital for infants, located in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
* Nov. 2002 - Jun. 2003, ABB SUSA - ASTALDI S.p.A. – El Salvador – Comalapa USA Army Airbase – Construction Manager for the enlargement of the military airport, including a 35,000 m2 RC slab for aircrafts parking area - executed by mean of a "bid-well" concrete paving & finishing machine, potable water & storm drainage systems, fire main ring, internal roads. Supervision: USACE (US Army Corp of Engineer) – Contract Amount: 10M USD.
* Jan. 2002 - Oct. 2002, SAIPEM S.p.A. – Kazakhstan – "Karachaganak Development Project" – Project Engineer for the construction of an EOSP (Early Water-Oil Separation Plant), including civil works, steel structure & piping erection, the installation of a system of over 100 KM long oil pipe flow-lines – Overall Contract Amount: Approx. 1,000M USD.
* Mar. 2000 - Dec. 2001, PIZZAROTTI S.p.A. - Italy - Project Engineer for the following contracts:
ü New railway link between Saronno Railway Station and Malpensa Airport Station – Site Technical Office Manager – Contract Amount: 100M €.
