As a quality control manager I was responsible of:
* Controlling and checking periodically the productions (control output parameters)
* DT test on product such as hardness, impact, tensile etc.
* NDT test on product such as durability, torsion, visual etc.
* Assembly check in automobile factory and solving problem etc.
* Checking and controlling the production station in G.S.K. factory.
* Checking and controlling the contractor's production.

As a welding engineer in factory I was responsible of:
* Designing and checking of welding details for fabrication of equipments for Dams and Tanks such as: pressure and storage tanks, Dam's Gates (Radial, Slide, Roller, Flap, High pressure, Service and Emergency Gates, Module and Regulator Gates) and Other Equipment (Pipe, Box lining Section, Transition, Reduction, Y- Branch, Valve etc.)
* preparing welding documents (WPS, PQR, Heat Treatment Procedure, and welder Identification and test report and etc.)
* Estimating of welding weight and price for documents in tender and fabrication.
* Sequencing in welding and sequences for prevention of distortion and etc.
* checking if the process is carried out of welding correctly in the factory and trying to solve the problems.
* Visual examination including completeness of welding, weld dimensions, weld Parameters, tolerance of weld components, joint appearance.

As a Design Manager and engineer I have been responsible of the following activities:
* Designing of equipments for Dams, Irrigation and Network system and tanks such as: pressure and storage tanks, Dam's Gates (Radial, Slide, Roller, Flap, High Pressure, Service and Emergency Gates) and Other Equipment (Pipe, Box lining Section, Transition, Reduction, Y- Branch, Winch, Jack,) and shop drawing of Designed equipment.
* Preparing and writing documents (WPS, PQR, Heat Treatment Procedure, and welder Identification and test report) as well as Quality Control, Painting Scheme, Quality Control and Testing Manual, Maintenance Manual.
* Preparing and writing the Calculation Sheet for the mentioned Equipments, and analyzing these Equipments by some Software such as Nisa, Catia, Ansys.
* Estimating the weight and pre-designing of documents in tender.
* Management and supervision of the above mentioned activities in designing department.
