Summary
10 years of experience in geotechnical and environmental projects. Geotechnical experience includes investigation, technical report writing, and QC for commercial, residential, and industrial developments, utility lines, airports, and roadways. Geotechnical investigation methods include, site characterization, soil and bedrock classification, soil sampling, drilling and logging(auger, core, CPT, and sonic), fault trenching, percolation/infiltration testing. Technical reports of geotechnical investigations were provided to certified engineer for review. Quality Control experience includes testing, inspection, and daily reports of soils, concrete, and asphalt for construction projects. Certified and proficient in use of nuclear moisture-density gauge. Extensive laboratory experience includes testing of soils, asphalt, concrete, and aggregates.
Environmental experience includes project site manager, field manager, sample coordinator, and field technician. Projects include soil remediation of explosives, in-situ remediation of lead (Pb) contaminated soils, Phase III investigation of TPH-contaminated soils and groundwater, groundwater monitoring program, and development of groundwater and vapor extraction wells. Completed the 40-hour 40-CFR OSHA training for on-site technician and 8-hour 40-CFR OSHA Safety Training for site manager.
