Summary - Twenty plus years of Scheduling and Project Management experience in the chemical, refinery, offshore, construction, utility and telecommunications industries. Extensive scheduling experience utilizing Primavera products, including P3, P5, P6 and SureTrak.

Qualifications include:

* Project Manager – Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) since 1996. Managed numerous projects across a broad range of industries. Supervised project teams, possesses ability to work with diverse groups, inside and outside of the organization, up and down the organizational structure. Experienced in developing comprehensive Project Execution Plans.

* Scheduler – Utilize POP (Plan Of The Plan) Methodology to define project's scope of work. Created comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures, developed schedule activity detail, updated and reported on schedules ranging in size from 100's to 22,000 activities. Proficient in most software packages including Primavera P3, Primavera P5, Primavera P6, Primavera SureTrak, and Microsoft Project. Ability to analyze schedule data and develop meaningful and useful reports for management.

American Transmission Company (2006-Present) - Project Manager for multi million dollar linear transmission construction projects.

* Transmission Construction Segment I – Project Manager for 13.5 miles of 138/345kV double circuit transmission line, utilizing existing ROW. Utilized drill pier foundation and mono steel poles. Constructed 12.0 miles of 138kV temporary line to support service during construction. Responsible for entire scope of work: project execution plan, estimating, cash flow, scheduling (Primavera 5.0), landowner contacts, environmental, construction, and closeout. Completed segment six weeks ahead of schedule and under budget.

* Transmission Construction Segment II - Project Manager for 17.5 miles of 138/345kV green field double circuit transmission line. Will utilized drill pier foundations and direct imbeds, with mono steel poles. Responsible for entire scope of work: project execution plan, estimating, cash flow, scheduling (Primavera 5.0), landowner contacts, environmental, construction, and closeout.

Global Project Management, LLC (1998 - 2005) – Project Management and Scheduler for various utility construction projects. Utilized Primavera P5 and SureTrak.

* St James Substation – Project Manager on upgraded of two station transformers with 230/34.5kV 67 MVA units. Replaced existing breakers and RTU, updated relays and added new feeder breaker.

* Falgout Substation – Project Manager for construction of new 34.5/4160 22 MVA substation on customer's site.

* St James/Falgout Feeder – Project Manager for construction of 3.8 miles of 34.5kV distribution feeder. Worked ROW issues with landowners and pipeline owners. Coordinated environmental issues and secured permits for highway, railroad and existing 230kV crossing.

* Highway Construction, Line Relocation – Project Manager for relocation of two 69kV lines to accommodate highway construction. Worked with customer on ROW and local landowners on sensitive tree removals.

* Audubon Bridge Relocation – Project Manager on project to raise and relocated one 500kV, four 230kV and one 69kV lines to accommodate construction of new Mississippi River Bridge. Worked with land owners on access issues and State to secure project expenditure reimbursement.

TMAC, Inc. (1994 – 1998) – Primavera P3 Scheduler.

Sample projects include:

* Sunoco, Philadelphia, PA – Consulted with Turnaround Organization to develop common work breakdown structure for use by five Sunoco locations. Also developed standard Primavera schedule templates for repetitive turnaround work.

* Westlake Industries, Lake Charles, LA – Served as Primavera scheduler for two turnarounds involving major capital expansions. Turnarounds included resource-loaded schedules for both maintenance and capital construction and ranged in size from 4 to 6 thousand activities.

* BP Bell Chase, LA – Developed common WBS in Primavera to be utilized by Operations, Maintenance, the Turnaround Group, Capital Construction and associated Contractors. Served as Primavera scheduler for two different turnarounds. Turnarounds included both maintenance and capital construction activities and ranged in size from 4 to 8 thousand activities.

* BP Port Lavaca, TX – Served as Primavera scheduler for two (2) different turnarounds. Turnarounds included both maintenance and capital construction activities.

Entergy Corporation, New Orleans, LA (1983 – 1997) - Planner and Scheduler for Fossil Operations. Sample projects include:

* Sterlington SES, Sterlington, LA - Primavera P3 scheduler for numerous outage schedules associated with two Frame 7 GE Gas Turbines and HRSG's.

* Sterlington SES, Sterlington, LA - Primavera P3 planner and scheduler for numerous outages on GE large steam turbine, Riley boiler and associated plant equipment.

* Ninemile SES, New Orleans, LA - For Units 4 and 5, served as P3 planner and scheduler for numerous outages on Westinghouse large steam turbine, large industrial boilers and associated plant equipment.

* Michoud SES, New Orleans, LA - For all three units at the station, served as P3 planner and scheduler for numerous outages on large steam turbine, large industrial boilers and associated plant equipment.

Olin Chemical (1972 – 1982) Production scheduler for paper mill and converting plants.
