Role: TEAM LEADER (Outfitting Section)
Client: Aker Yard, Turku, Finland
Study of Basic drawings of Yard Outfitting section and suggested necessary modifications.
Preparation of DATABASE for Tribon modeling of pipe modeling, cable modeling, ventilation modeling, Equipments.
Generation of Tribon Volumes and making Components and placing of Equipments.
Checking of Tribon model, interference of pipes and Ducts, Pipe Productions and producing Pre-Fabs. For Pipe and Ducts.
Extraction of Production drawing from model with bill of material.
Checking of all HVAC drawings for final delivery.
Co-ordination of Outfitting Team and Organize work as per Schedule.
Coordinating with customer regarding project Requirements.
Onsite Assignments:-
I have been deputed at Yard at Turku, Finland for Coordinating the Design Team in India and the Production Team in Yard.
I have learned the AFY Standard for Aker Yard as the most of their design work carried out with Autocad in DNV standards.
