KEY ELECTRICAL PROJECTS

* PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF BLUETOOTH EDR WITH BLUETOOTH v1.1
Basic baseband block of Bluetooth v1.1 and Bluetooth v2.1 – EDR standards and comparison of their performance for various parameters like BER, signal to noise ratio, receiver complexity, power efficiency.

* DESIGNING OF FM MODULATOR/DEMODULATOR USING 14 STAGE POLYPHASE FILTER:-
Achieved using 14 Stage Polyphase filter. It involved the designing of Gaussian pulse to mitigate the effect of Inter Symbol Interference.

* FREQUENCY AND TIME SYNCRONIZATION IN OFDMA:-
Using short preamble in between OFDM symbols, we can achieve frequency and time synchronization and by using long preamble we can achieve channel equalization i.e mitigating the effect of channel distortion.

* BASEBAND BEHAVIOURAL MODEL FOR A BLUETOOTH SYSTEM BASED ON STANDARDS:-
A brief introduction of Bluetooth specifications is given and the background knowledge for implementation of this model on a behavioral level is also presented. In the model, synchronization in demodulation part has been focused on.

* ARITHMETIC AND LOGIC UNIT and UART
ALU can perform shifting including all other options like Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division with the use of Registers.

* HEXAPOD ROBOT
It was based on control systems; a microcontroller programmed chip was used. (The Robot takes another path if any obstacle comes in front of it.)
