New Multi Products Pipeline, South Africa and Enbridge Bitumen/Diluent pipelines. Responsible for Design Basis manual, FEED report, crossings design, Line pipe, launchers and receivers specifications, material specifications.
Sep. 2006 to November 2007: Contract with VECO Alaska, Principal Mechanical Engineer in charge of design engineering for VANKOR ROSNEFT Gathering system project and Lead on CONOCO PHILLIPS FEL 1, 2 and 3 Vapor recovery compressor project, Lead on several pipeline systems FEL 1 and FEL 2 integrity projects and Diesel Fuel Reduction projects.

April 2005 PEMEX Offshore Ixtal A- Abkatun D 24 Inch offshore pipeline pre-commissioning, 24 Inch line in 280 feet deep water, for BJ PLS. Responsible for field execution of the project. Contract.
January 2003 to Apr 2005: Alpha IFTZ Corporation, Houston, Gas Utilization project in Nigeria. Responsible for conceptual design, site layout, process design and client/ vendor liaison. Contract.
Jun 2002 to December 2002: Parco, Houston ONGC asphaltenes removal, pipeline system cleanout and water shutoff projects in India. Design, product selection and cost estimation. Contract
May 2001 to June 2002: Adair International Oil and Gas as Project Manager, designed, proposed and negotiated a $5 Million Gas Utilization project for Republic of Congo in Pointe Noire near Cabinda/Angola border. Prepared pre qualification documents for marginal; fields. Prepared a grass roots refinery commercial document for Rivers State, Nigeria. I have excellent references in Nigeria.
June 2000 to April 2001: RDA Service and Manufacturing, President, EPC contractor to Oil and Gas Processing Industry, Urea and Ammonia plants, power and water plants in the international markets.
August 1999 to June 2000: Short term assignments at Synagro and Republic Waste, special waste projects.
Aug. 1997 to August 1999: BFI, Special Waste Executive responsible for oil field drill cuttings and wastewater treatment market. Trained in estimation and compliance matters of special waste as per 40CFR.
Jan. 1992 to Aug. 1997: P E Associates, founder and president, manufacturer's rep for energy industry machinery and equipment. Represented PX Engineering Co. in S. Texas, Worldwide Oilfield Machinery in Syria & Nigeria, supplied spare parts for drilling rigs, electrical and instrumentation, high pressure hoses, NEMA 4 and 7 enclosures, MCC's to global energy industries. 1992 2-month assignment to bid Gas Pipeline project in Syria. 1993, 3-month assignment to install high pressure separator and expand production unit in Eastern Nigeria.
Apr. 1989 -Dec. 1991: Commercial Equipment and Sales Co, distributor for electric motor controls, PLC's, under voltage and over current protection relays, proximity and limit switches, FURNAS, SIEMENS, and 22 other manufacturers, outside sales applications engineer for electrical and instrumentation products. Called on ship channel plants. Received US permanent residency. Applications electrical engineering and controls.
Oct. 1987 - Mar. 1989: Commissioned sales engineer for Total Instruments and Omicron Controls, manufacturer's rep for Badger Meters, KOMAX static mixers, Sponsler, MTS, Lear Siegler, etc. in Houston, TX. Called on Gulf Coast plants. Learned process instrumentation had to change jobs to get green card.
Sep. 1985 - Feb. 1987: Owner manager of vanity tops and bathtubs manufacturing business. Ran out of capital after customer defaulted on bankruptcy. Took a 7-month consulting assignment on a landfill project requiring a containment slurry wall, researched and found the vibrating beam bentonite-cement slurry system.
Jan 1983 - Aug 1985: Project Engineer, Gas pipelines and Compressed Natural Gas stations testing sub- contractor SANIVAN for ANTAGON and SINTRA on Gaz Metropolitain and TQM projects in Montreal, Canada. Moved to US. Designed, procured and implemented leak detection using freeze plugs. Saved the project a potential disaster by advising them to hydro test instead of air test that they were planning to do because of mountainous terrain and test sections in Class 3 areas requiring to be tested to 100% SMYS. Drying to –40degrees dew point.
Apr 1981 - Dec 1982: Senior Pipeline Engineer with Montreal Engineering Co. in charge of testing for CANEST, a consortium of engineering companies in Quebec. CANEST finished its assignment. High pressure testing of 300 KMs, Pipelines, compressor stations, metering stations, etc. Saved TQM time and costs by designing and fabricating test heads, instrumentation and calibration, technical writing, test and monitoring procedures and training.
Jan 1980 - Mar 1981: Engineer for Invar Industries, Montreal, Canada, manufacturer of compressor valves and repair service for valves and compressors. Employer filed for bankruptcy.
May 1971 - Dec 1979: In Iran worked in the Oil & Gas industry for local and foreign Engineering and Construction companies on pipelines, pump and compressor stations, and refinery tank farms. The NIOC major projects group where the international EPC contractors were Fluor (NGL 1000, Site Superintendent);Spie Capag (Esfahan Gas System, Mechanical Superintendent); Snam Progetti (Project Engineer Tank Farm, Strapping, Gage Tables, offsite piping). Positions held, site engineer, project engineer, site manager, project manager and mechanical sub-contractor.
June 1970 – May 1971: In Karachi, site supervisor for a boiler and steam-piping contractor. Moved to Iran

2. Offshore Khark island Nowrooz and Dariush field development, responsible for sub sea pipelines checking.
3. Sarakhs Mashahad Gas Pipeline, project engineer for estimation and bidding, preparation of equipment, manpower and materials schedules, evaluating contract specifications and terms, preparation of bid package and responding to NIGC queries.
4. Shiraz Refinery, Project Engineer Tank Farm and off-site piping, designs evaluation, material control, and inspection and contractor supervision. Snam Progetti
5. Offshore Lavan island gathering system and storage with CBI, subcontract project engineer for Tehran Jonoob Co.

8. Esfahan Donbeh Gas Pipeline System: Mechanical and welding subcontractor, Ira SPI-Capag. As a hands on subcontractor for all mechanical work with bottom line profit and loss responsibility. 24 Inch hot-tap into 42 Inch IGAT I pipeline with Metering and City gate stations over a 70 Kilometer transmission system.
9. IGAT II 56 Inch Gas Pipeline, NEFTIMPOEXPO, welding and mechanical subcontractor bid. Position Mechanical Contractor.
