* Prepares and submits preliminary design and drawings using Doka System for Tender submission for Technical Evaluation and to establish compliance.
* Plans, recommends and submit proposals with regards on the movement of formwork materials to the contractor detailing the schedule of activity, sequence and optimum materials needed for the project.
* Quantity surveying and estimates material take-off for formwork materials.
* Makes valuation and pricing.
* Submits Detailed Design of Formwork based upon the Design Drawing showing formwork layout, elevation, section and full size details of fabrication, assembly of components, installation and fixing of these works as well as making adjustments to allow for any changes to site tolerances and/or discrepancies where applicable.
* Prepares detailed technical specifications, method of statements, proposed alternative materials or installation method, calculations and other relevant information maintaining the design intent, functional and technical requirements.
* Supervising the erection and conducts ocular inspection to verify and ensure that all materials and processes employed in the Temporary Works are compatible with each other and meet the current requirements of Standards and Code of Practice.
* Attends coordination meetings with the Main Contractor, Consultant and Client as needed.
