Client: Sama Dubai.
Value: 2.0 Billion AED.
Position: Senior Infrastructure Project Manager.

Description: The Salam Resort Bahrain shall be developed is in two phases. Phase 1 includes a 5-star deluxe resort (modeled on Dubai's Madinat Jumeirah – Mina Al Salam), a conference center (proposed to host the GCC summit at end of 2010) and 6 Royal villas (developed on reclaimed land, which will house the heads of state of the GCC during the summit). The Infrastructure of this Project consists of Utilities network as (Potable water, Chilled water, Irrigation & fire fighting networks, Electricity & telecommunication networks, Sewerage, storm drainage) and their utility compound. The Resort will be served by internal 9 road bridges & 6 foot bridges beside internal road network of 3.5 Km.
