„« Prepares comparison sheets of quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, recommends to the site management the qualified suppliers and/or subcontractors after evaluation of their commercial and technical proposal.
„« Review and evaluate bill of quantities of sub-contractors, related estimates and billings;
„« Monitors and analyzes the project expenses, actual unit cost of various item of works compare to site budget unit cost. Inform and recommends to site management strategy to minimize loses.
„« Monitors and records site progress and checks the allocation of manpower and productivity for future project purposes.

„« Preparation of Bill of Quantities, Quantity take off, assists in cost estimates and preparation of Commercial proposal of prospect projects for tender.
„« Evaluation of Commercial, Technical proposal and prepares comparison sheet of quotation from suppliers and subcontractors to be used for pricing.
