Mechanical plant rooms coordinated layouts (with proper sections).

Basements drainage drawing (with sumpits details etc.).

Domestic water tank room coordination layout.

Fire protection pump rooms coordination layout.

Schematic drawing for all the above services.

Preparing shaft coordination drawings.(with proper supports & sections).

Preparing last minute coordination sketch as per the site requirement with discussing situation with supervisors & engineers.

Preparing architect background drawings with the track of latest revisions.

Preparation & maintaining Drawing Register.

Checking above mention drawings & helping draughtsman to achieve good standards quality & knowledge to help there skills & saving time in drawings.

Attending meeting with Consultants, Main contractors, Clients, Etc.

Providing full detail to the engineers about all drawings.

Finding the areas which can effect the production of drawings and site also to raise an RFI'S.

Raising RFI'S to the consultant regarding the mistakes in the given design drawing or enquiries required to make quality shop drawings.

Keeping the track records of the RFI'S and guiding draughtsman to follow them in the relevant layouts.

Distributing works to the draughtsman to achieve given target dates & following them for the information and helping them throughout to make good quality drawings.

Keeping the perfect track records of the contract drawing hard & soft copy for the proper reference.

Helping site supervisors to read and understand drawing better and accommodate the services on site as per the drawings.

Solving site problem with the last minute coordination if found any clashes on the site due to mistakes in drawing or any other reasons.

Calculating Duct and pipe sizing at given velocities and friction loss.

Setting out all preliminary Routs and levels for MEP services.

Checking shop drawings against all coordination & contract drawings / documents and Specifications.

Creating sections for critical areas and coordination between the different disciplines for levels and routes.

Cross-examining consultants comment. Incorporating valid comments & raising RFI and technical Queries for the problem areas.

Preparation & maintaining of Drawing Register.

Keeping record of the sub-contactors drawings & checking them as per the quality standard of the company.

Reading the consultants drawing for suggesting quotation for the given layouts.
