* Produce sketches / conceptual scheme using AutoCAD for approval and to carry out drafting work for cladding design

Halls of residence, Tufnell Park, London, N7 – Rainscreen cladding Total project cost: £26m
The project involved three types of rainscreen claddings – terracotta, trespa & timber panel claddings with project cost of £0.5m. Worked for setting out of rails & brackets, designed bespoke corner brackets for 'no-fix' zones, prepare material/cutting schedules, organised detailed drawings using CAD facilities.

Chrisp Street, London, E14 – EWI Render system
The project involved two types of claddings, Permarock EWI systems and Ash & lacy metal cladding. Worked to The project is currently at construction stage.

Letcombe Regis, Oxfordshire OX12
The project involved two storey steel frame construction. Worked to analyse & design of steel frames, connection design, foundation & retaining wall design and checking of fabrication drawings.

Elystan Street, London SW3
The project involved double basements with three storeys above ground by demolishing existing three storey house, project cost £3.0m. The structure is supported by contiguous cased piles and RC wall at basement level, consist of RC floors at basements & ground floor, superstructure is steel frame structure.

* The project involved the construction of two storey extension to the existing library building. The structure consists of metal deck cast-in situ concrete floors supported by a steel beams and steel columns, with an infill masonry perimeter skin.

* The project involved the construction of single storey extension to the existing building. The structure consists of timber floor supported by a steel beam, with masonry perimeter skin.
