Worked as a SUPERVISOR [PIPING] FOR SAUDI ARAMCO – KHURSANIYAH GAS PLANT PROJECT (BECHTEL –TECHNIP JOINT VENTURE).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
I was responsible for Site Erection and Fit-up of Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, and Alloy Steel piping works (1/2" to 68" lines). Controlling piping activities involved in Acid Hydrocarbon, Diglycol Amine (DGA), Fuel Gas, Feed Gas, Relief Lines, Oil Product, Steam, High Pressure Steam, Steam Condensate, Boiler Feed Water, Boiler Blow-down, and Utility Pipelines connected from Piperacks to Equipments/Vessels such as Steam Flash Drum, DGA Contactor, DGA Regenerator, Carbon Filters, Heat Exchangers, Fin-fan Coolers, Feed Gas Knock-out Drums, Hydro Carbon Flash Drums, Pumps, Reboilers, Reflux Drums, and Reclaimers for Low Pressure (LP) DGA Train-1, Train-2 and High Pressure (HP) DGA Train-1 as per ARAMCO Standards.
Also having a day-to-day follow-up with clients SAUDI ARAMCO & BTJV for piping progress, open front, material and engineering issues.
2) KUWAIT NATIONAL PETROLEUM COMPANY THROUGH KHARAFI NATIONAL, KUWAIT. [From 25/12/2004 to 30/12/2007]
I had worked as a SUPERVISOR (FABRICATION & WELDING) in Kuwait National Petroleum Company (K.N.P.C.) at Mina Abdullah Refinery (MAB).
Responsibilities:
Fabrication, welding & erection of Above/Under ground crude oil, naphtha, hydrogen, sulphur, diesel, kerosene, fuel gas, sea water, utility water & steam piping which includes Carbon steel, Alloy steel, Stainless steel & Copper Nickel conforming to ASME B31.1/31.3 and also KNPC engineering standard.
Executed project jobs during Major-Turn-Around in the refinery.
Fabrication & welding jobs on static equipments like Reactor, Reformer, Heater, Heat Exchangers, Vessels, and Boilers & Storage Tanks. Done partial & full replacement work on the above static equipments, piping & Heat exchanger re tubing and seal welding. I had carried out hot works during preventive, breakdown & shutdown maintenance.
Welding of Leak box / patch on live lines of hydrocarbon, gas, steam & water.
Also executed HOT Tapping jobs on live lines of Hydrocarbon.

Fabrication and Erection of gas recovery flash gas compressor piping works, and Duplex stainless steel (D.S.S) piping works for P.D.O (petroleum Development Oman) L.N.G. plant at Saihrawl project.
