Duties & Responsibilities:

* Review of enquiry documents and Scope of Work as per the PTS (Project Technical Specification) and preparation, checking and issuing of purchase orders.
* Reviews enquiry documentation from client together with Scope of Work to understand what is required and raises queries where there is lack of clarity.
* Preparation of specifications, datasheets, and compliance statements to meet the requirement of Scope of Work.
* Preparation of subcontracting approval documents for Subcontractor prequalification.
* Preparation of inspection & quality plan, site security plan & safety policies as per the SEC requirement.
