Project Value: 50 Million U.S. $.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installation:
-Supervision of Installation work for Deep and Shallow (vertical & Horizontal) Anode ground beds.
-Cable Laying.
-Connection of cable with wellhead.
-Installation of Anode Junction Box, Solar system/Transformer rectifier.

Testing:
-Testing of Drill Stem Resistance (DSR) during drilling of borehole for deciding actual depth of Anode Ground bed Installation.
-Anode Ground bed resistance testing.
-Verification of Anode Ground bed location by using bearing, laser and GPS.

Commissioning:
-Natural potential readings of well casing.
-Solar system pre-commissioning test, which includes: Battery test, Arrey Voltage test, CP Controller output current and voltage set point test, Alarm test, etc.
-Transformer Rectifier pre-commissioning test, which includes measurement of DC output voltage and current readings by increasing tap setting.
-Setting of DC output at desired level for obtaining adequate cathodic protection.
-Individual Anode current testing.
-Measuring the potential of well casing by interrupting circuit.
-Testing of current flow for insulating flange at protected and unprotected side.
